The first Episodes and the following first Episodes can be quite average.
I know that it can be for many people. So maybe for you as well.
But it will improve a lot afterwards.

use a railgun Skill, yes its true, this anime character can
fire her Railgun Multiple times and has a much longer distance
beside the 50 meter range
the other is one is that the Target Must travel or attack in
a straright Line ,or else the railgun will miss it
for example Shirai Kuroko is a Telepoter, are Skilled in moving
from one place to another right
in index anime, i really like her character she is really cool and
awesome, especially, when she uses her Railgun Skill
