Funny family situations drawn and told in a sketch comedy style.
Laugh out loud comedy, very easy to relate for those who are close to their families

If you liked Sakura Diaries add

...then you might like Lovely Complex add

Both are tackling complicated relationships and the comedy that goes with it

Sakura Diaries is a little R+ rated and tackles a taboo subject. (but its okay if they're not related by blood right?)
Lovely Complex is more PG rated and is more conventional.
Both are still funny dramas in their own right. When i was watching Sakura Diaries i kept comparing it to Love Complex throughout the entire viewing.

Both are bakery anime. although antique bakery pays more attention to desserts and Yakitate Japan pays more attention to bread. Also the genre is a little off. Yakitate is all about side splitting laughs, and antique bakery is more of a serious (?) bishounen drama :(
only check out antique bakery if you don't mind bishounen.

A few references in Minami Ke refer to Pani Poni Dash. Both revolve around girls in grade school. Hilarity ensues in both shows as well.

Hot girls piloting giant robots in compromising positions. Lots of screaming and skimpy suits/outfits. Both are pure awesome.

Loads and LOADS of one-shot jokes. A method where a joke is told and a corresponding picture is flashed on a screen usually under a second. It's a form of comedy but for the ones that understand the jokes it is also a very rewarding style that enhances the joke.

Anyways loads of one shot gags and loads of girls although the mood are both complete opposites of each other. Still, its worth giving both a try if your really into that style of comedy.

One has a Brother and Sister and the other has Two Sisters, but they're both running away from their parents. At first the viewer is not shown why they left. But they both end up being maids/butlers for pompous rich folk.

Female main characters, similar storyline. Both deal with assassins doing their jobs. Large amount of sex and violence. Surprisingly good ova's even if they took out the sex.

Both are pretty good anime drawn around one boy and both have their fair share of action and drama. Sola has a little more action and kanon has a little more drama. Both like talking about hopes and dreams though.

They both have samurai fighting each other. And the gore seems to be equall in both camps. Shigurui is a bit slower but it does have over 200% more episodes than Afro Samurai

Both insanely rich doctors and both have moral issues when working as doctors ^_^ Thats about it monster is more darker than blackjack but moral doctors are pretty similar to me :3

Super cute assassin ass kickers who like to dress in hotpants and tanktops. Revy is a little more darker and mysterious than Madlax (quiet and sophisacted). But overall they both have to fight against mobsters and gangesters in order to reach their goal. Madlax started off as a Mercenary for hire type of anime but then strayed off course for obvious reasons, but Black Lagoon is a "Mercenary for Hire" anime all they way through.

Comedic style w/ simple artwork. Alot of comic/manga style screen segments.... Both have alot of music and sing alongs... they both even have a little sidekick mascot (gema/panda). And their "ultimate goals" are vaguely similar in which they both want to make alot of ppl happy.

Its similar b/c it they both follow girls doing random stuff with no story line. They also follow cute girls as the main character... even the artwork slightly resemble each other (with ALOT of in-animate simple artwork)

Slice of life w/ high school girls in comedy situations. Alot of moe situations... ...and both have my favorite Cafeteria lunch time skits ^_^.

Another Mecha ANime against 2 warring factions. One for good one for bad. Better storyline than code geass IMO
