My favorite kind of anime/manga is generally on the darker side ~ specifically mental disorders/depressions/violence/gore/horror/drama. However, I'm no stranger to good ol' ecchi comedy romances when I feel like it. I also enjoy looking for symbolism a lot which is a big reason Elfen Lied is my #1 anime.
Hobbies are basically anime/manga/video games ~ mostly retro.
Scoring in my list is pretty simple... but of course subject to my own opinion
10 ~ perfect/must watch, any flaws are negligible
9 ~ almost perfect, some holes in the story/flaws in the presentation
8 ~ very enjoyable watch, could/should have been better
7 ~ enjoyable watch, my "average" rating
6 ~ time waster *at best*
5 ~ Terrible/boring/cliche'd
4 and below ~ stay away at all costs

Hey will you join my club, i am trying to start a game club where everyone who watches anime and play games will be able to find other people who plays the game they play.

I also intended to use MAL for book keeping and for checking out new titles I guess.. and since we have "somewhat high" compatibility..so that's that!...
