Sadly I've also run out of good romance anime to read but there are still some available if you don't mind shoujo (Can't Lose You, Deep Love, Goong, B.O.D.Y., Skip Beat, Koukou Debut, etc.)
Well manga you should also consider checking out sometime are: Mirai Nikki and Shin Angyo Onshi. ^_^

If you're looking for a Rom/Com which doesn't have a loser protagonist then Ai Kora is the only one that comes to mind.
But I really think you should read something with an actual story and I suggest:
- 20th Century Boys ("Epic" is the only word to describe it)
- Battle Royale (Similar to Gantz but without the sci-fi & supernatural)

unfortunatly i only have a few manga under my belt... others i have read are high school of the dead (still being released... think zombie apocolipce) shin angyo onshi (pretty good i just lost interest) and and most definatly "IO" its got a pretty good story and even though i didnt like it as much as my other manga but its one of only 2 manga (the other being pastel) that im willing to reread... also "suzuka" is similar to pastel just not as good (havnt finished...)

I'm quite surprised that you enjoyed IO as much as I did and it looks like it got you in the mood for some more romance.
However I've just checked your list and you've already read all the great romance manga I've read. The only good ones I can suggest are:
- Ai Kora (Good for it's comedy)
- Pastel (Pretty average)
- Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa (Hermaphrodite)
- My Balls (Hilarious but a lot of sexual innuendos)
- Petit Roid 3 (A great manga, if you don't mind hentai)
