It's not very hard. Then again, I did the easiest cosplay possible. It takes practice to get as good as those guys.

You don't really have to have a scythe. But if you want one you could always find one of those year round Halloween stores and buy a plastic scythe and paint it lol. Yuuki's jacket has a lot of detail though lol. But it might not be hard to make.
It was terrible simply because I was the one wearing it.
