I was 10 years old and the national television started to air animes, usually dubbed in french or english. My first anime was
Hello! Sandybell, followed by titles as
Voltron,
Macron 1,
Hana no Ko Lunlun and

At 13 I discovered the italian network Mediaset. I started by watching
Kimagure Orange Road, the first animated series I've seen that showed that animation is not just for kids. By 15, when Mediaset was removed from cable's all over Romania, I was following up to 8-10 series/day.
Then I switched to the french channels and followed
Club Dorothée on TF1 for a while, but after a year it got cancelled (despite raising ratings). With no source for animes, I stopped watching. 10 years later I thought to search the internet to see if anyone knew the japanese animation and to my surprise I found a huge fanbase and discovered fabsubs.
My favourite animes are the ones from my childhood, especially shoujos like
Candy Candy,
Hello! Sandybell,
Rose of Versailles,
Lady Georgie and
Sailor Moon.
I don't like to read at the computer and I don't have money to buy manga at this time, so the manga list includes only 2 titles. I prefer reading.
I don't use social networkings and I don't accept random friends request, except if you're from Romania. I lately used MAL Updater so I rarely enter here anymore.
