well different people have different opinions..... I think it did a good job in balancing romance and comedy... Heck i think it's the best COMEDY with romance if you ask me...
anyways i respect your opinion but do not agree with it ... :)

I'm not intending to fill you page with comments from me, but just have to say couple of things more:

Now that I'm all cooled down, I read your review again and I admit that I was probably overreacting a little bit. I understand that you saw the anime very differently than me, but I still think that 3 for the story is just..dumb to give. If you have the time, you should definitely try to watch it again while keeping your mind open. What if it's not just fillers and that really was the story, just very different from Toradora? I liked Toradora too, all the drama and especially the ending, but LC is just unique. It's truly sad that some pepole don't agree with LC being moving and that it gives this tingling, wonderful feeling. ;)

Well anyway, I do hope that you keep writing, just try to explain your opinions more. :P Good luck o/

lovely complex was high on comedy which is why it is liked.... the characters are much more comic than toradora ..... Toradora was more romance and story but lovely complex was a good romcom too.... it deserves better than a 3 :/

I'm so so so sorry if this comment hurts you at some degree (it's not meant to), but I'm so annoyed by you right now. In the beginning of your Lovely Complex review you say "if your looking for a great love story you might get sorely disappointed." - so, let me ask you, have you checked all the other reviews for Lovely Complex yet? I mean, you can't see a lot of bad reviews there, can you? That means, that approximately at least 90% of watchers have liked LC. Why do you write a review, if you can't even write a review comprehensive enough? I'm not saying I'm that good at writing them either (I only have one actually, for now, and that isn't that great either).

And one more thing. Lovely Complex does have a story line and if you really missed it you must have not watched it. I mean have you watched Fruits Basket yet? I really want to hear what you think about it. It's very loved but it's not clearly as active as Kokoro Connect (I checked your list). Lovely Complex has a very simple story about a girl who finds herself falling to the boy. Boy rejects her, and she gets discouraged. Then she suddenly finds herself determined that even as rejected she still likes the boy. And boy starts to like her at some point. It's a simple story about feelings and akward human beings. It's not meant to be sparkling or anything like that.

He he he hee.. sorry I got excited, clearly coz I loved the show. Just work on your review-writing.
