About me
I'm one of those guys that lacks a social life and spends all of his time on the computer. This is out of choice, of course. I don't really have much to talk about with most kids my age around where I live.
I spend a decent bit of my time desperately finding ways to make money so I can collect figures and the like. With that being said, I have to make sure I don't spend my money on anything else, so pretty much any new game I get nowadays is pirated. So if you've got a problem with people who pirate their stuff, then you won't like me very much.
As for anime itself, I'm into romantic comedies, general comedies, mecha series, generally manly series, and Type-Moon (though I guess that'd go more into the game category than anime).
The only kind of series I really don't like are the ones where every character (or just the main characters) are depressed all the time. There's no way I can get attached to the characters like that, and I can't really love a series unless I like the characters.
Also, I'm not a huge fan of series that're pretty dull the whole way through, but have a great ending. It has to hold my interest the whole way through.
As for gaming, I play a pretty wide variety of stuff. I mostly like fighting games and platformers, though I'll play RPG's too if they don't have a turn-by-turn battle system (of course, there are exceptions there). Pretty much anything else, I'll only play when someone wants to play them with me. I don't go out of my way to play them.
I like visual novels too, of course. Though most of my attention goes to Type-moon related things, I'm also interested in to pretty much anything from Key that isn't Clannad.

Who knows? They just released Fate/Stay Night on the first and everyone wooted like madmen...Maybe when TakaJun's done with Wanko to Kurasou we'll see something...
You should check it out. I have to admit that the Demoniac's and Amalgam's at first made me remember the Demon Forms of the characters from SMT: Digital Devil Saga, I guess that's one of the reasons I began watching it.
It's always better for a series to gradually become better and better as it reaches it's end. I guess that Blassreiter is an example of that.
Well, imo, Blassreiter starts out bad, the choppy 3D animation in the beginning threw off many people and made it end up in their Dropped list. However, as the anime progresses, it gets better bit by bit, the 3D animation does get better.
Honestly, I think people should give it more of a chance, that is if they can go past the 3D stuff in the first couple of episodes. Right now, as of episode 19, ir's going really good.
I guess it's safe to assume that Gonzo did something good this time around with Blassreiter.
