A Bit About Myself
Hey, I'm NadeshikoDamashii. I'm an American-born Japanese who has lived all his life in the West Coast. Somehow, despite the wave of Americanization establishing itself worldwide, I managed to retain a Japanese air within my everyday life.
I'm essentially a nerd: science and I naturally are on the same wavelength. If you allow me the chance, I'll babble indefinitely (and seemingly nonsensically) about Maxwell's electromagnetism, fermat's last theorem, or maybe even the function of external catalysts in disrupting standard chemcial potential.
What makes me even more of a nerd? Well, I love video games... especially those considered Japanese classics like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest.
Then last but not least, I'm addicted to moe-moe-kyun-kyun anime. Not in a perverted sense, though.
You may ask me for translation help anytime, but please understand that my time and resources are limited, so your requests might lie in the depths of my priority list. If you wait long enough, I'll definitely get to it...eventually.
Unless an obvious prank or menace, I accept most friend requests. After all, I value social networking like part of my larger family.

どうも、NadeshikoDamashiiです。はじめまして。
今までの一生をカルフォルニア西海岸で過ごしてきた、アメリカ生まれの日本人です。アメリカ化で悩む世界とは裏腹に、自分の日常生活にはなんとか日本風情を保つ事ができています。残念ながら英和バイリンガル達成にはほぼ遠いですが、言語能力向上の為善処しています。
根本的にオタです。理数系に関しては特に。その気になればマクスウェルの電磁気学、フェルマットの最後の定理、又は外部触媒による基準化学ポテンシャルの変化について延々と語れます。自分も大学生でありまして、専攻も医療工学部だったりします。
さらにさらにオタである理由は、ゲーム好きな故です。初期のＦＦやドラゴンクエストみたいな日本懐かしの名作はかなりハマりました。
後忘れてはならないのがアニメですね。萌え要素たっぷりのキャラ達が可憐で堪りません。もちろん、倒錯的な意味ではないです。
