Log Horizon, Death Parade, and Soukyuu no Fafner Exodus (Fafner in the Azure Exodus). It's a sequel to the Soukyuu no Fafner: Dead Aggressor series. The first season was really slow for the first 13 episodes but then it gets really good.
Kiseijuu is pretty dark but it's got a great story and great character devlelopment. Akatsuki no Yona isn't very dark. True there are some serious tones here and there, but it's more on the light side.
