Oh… Why hello there my old friend, I see you’ve come to visit me again.
Of course I must assume from a statistical point of view that not all of you would have had the privilege of becoming one of my much loved acquaintances. If this describes you, then maybe you would find pleasure in reading my feats of power and intelligence in order for us to become closer and strengthen our relationship together.
About Me
My life in many ways is similar to your own… but then again maybe in its own way, it shares no similarities at all. Let us begin back in the year 1999 at the turn of the millennium, at the time I was known as the king of games and facing my arch nemesis Edward Nigma in a clash of the minds. Edward was always trying to defeat me and of course I had to agree to the battle as I was #1 in the world and had to accept the challenge from the #2… yadda yadda yadda I won the battle and instantly retired from being the king of games leaving the world astonished and at least 42 people in a state of anaphylactic shock.
3 years on and my achievements where still the talk of the neighbourhood but of course I was not one who would sit back and take life easy. Instead I took off, literally, and become a professional race car driver. Sadly this career didn’t quite match the level of success that I had first imagined attaining, but this was not for lack of talent instead a series of events that cut my career short. During my 66th race the flux capacitor had a hiccup and sent me 5 minutes into the future, a future I did not like, a future I did not wish to live. As I was about to end it all a shinigami by the name of John Titor appeared and offered me a chance to return to the present of 5 minutes ago… if… I won a simple battle.
Without any hesitation John threw out a Sudowoodo and the battle commenced, luckily within 2½ minutes I was able to deduce that his Sudowoodo was indeed a rock type and that my Charmander would be utterly ineffective, luckily with a few Senzu Beans he finally managed to overcome that tricky Sudowoodo and the universe was saved from utter annihilation.
The celebrations began as I marched down the centre of my adoring public crowding the streets, being held back by the rebel army for my own protection. I could hear them cheering, calling out to me with words of encouragement and praise… “You’re a master of karate and friendship… for everyone” I heard one person shout. “Where’d you get your clothes… from the… toilet store?” howled another... wait! Was that an insult I heard! Oh My! It was! As I started running away with tears trickling down my face I pushed a child out of the way screaming “Hey, move it football head” it was at that moment I swore to take the world into the depths of depravity.
I waited patiently for the right time, building an army, becoming the pirate king, creating a fool proof plan. Just as I was about to strike I saw a strange man walking by, it seemed he was taking a moment to talk to everyone he passed, he walked up to me and stared straight into my eyes mumbling “Be on the lookout for things that make you laugh. If you see nothing worth laughing at, pretend you see it, then laugh.” This man had opened my eyes, I removed my monocle, morphed, then flew away to Neverland thus completing the circle of life.
If you picked up on the year/millennium being incorrect then you can award yourself one respect point. I also would like to point out that while the story obviously being incredible it is quite poorly written but… Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn.
Ratings
My ratings are typically decided on one factor... "Enjoyment".
While story, art, animation, character development, sounds, etc, do factor in overall you could say that they being to a high standard is in fact what gives enjoyment... so I guess I just rate normally.
In the Beginning of my MAL experience I wasn't giving anything a '10' because I never thought something could in fact be perfect but after a while and watching more and more anime it comes clear that some are obviously on a completely different level than others and should be reflected that way.
I have also added all the Anime I have to my "Plan to Watch" list, thus the reason it is so large compared to everything else, eventually I will get though them all!... eventually.

I find nothing wrong to comment about your One Piece review but I believe you were too relaxed in your critisism. It is not really THAT perfect if you think about it. If you want some ideas for expanding or improving your (strict) critical thought, read my own review about it.
