I'm here for the same reason as most of these people here are: because of your Aldnoah S2 review. It's been 8 years since S2 came out and your review perfectly describes just how bad it was. Besides that, it was fucking hilarious. You obviously gave more thought to it than the scriptwriters for AZ did their script. Kudos!

Was trying to think of how to explain the way I felt about the GITS movie but then saw your review and it is spot on the money. Especially since I've only watched it more-recently (as far as I remember) and feel like maybe if I saw it some ~15-20 years ago, I may admittedly feel different about its messages or themes. That said I've encountered much more thought provoking works of arts that have explored similar themes/ideas in this area, both old and new.

bruhhhhhhh i watch anime just on my phone as well. Hugging the pillow while laying in bed AND while watching anime is one of the best things in life. Privacy is an advantage as well.

Hmmm... dunno why but I had to write something about GITS regarding your review. It is funny to me that after all people have seen over the years SINCE GITS in 1995 they cant fathom that in 1995 there was nothing compared to it. And for the most part you see echoes of Ghost in the Shell in other anime/movies ever since. Then some young enthusiasts watch the movie in question and rate it average/poorly because it didnt open their eyes to nothing new :) Which is kind of full circle since they were able to appreciate similar subjects going deeper into the matter of man/machine because of Ghost in the Shell... ironic.

Oh gods, your review of Aldnoah.Zero season 2 was hilarious. Don't get me wrong, I did like it somewhat myself, but you pretty much summed it up perfectly
