Just a warning, Clannad After story gets very sad near the ending. (around episode 15)I quit watching it because of how the story decided to end up.

Yeah you gotta give it a few episodes before the plot really gets good. I don't know why you made me watch Clannad, it gets more and more depressing by the episode (On episode 9). I'll keep watching and hope something happy happens.
Well it could be friday night, saturday night, or sunday night. I'm open for all those days. Just let me know what works best for you.

Before watching others, you should concentrate on Toradora, it's a great one. The OP song is also my ringtone which is scary enough.
Also be aware that Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is a pretty twisted story and you need know that the story doesn't explain itself until you reached near the end of Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai.

It definitely got all of the extra points of enjoyment during the time I was watching it. Normally, that puts any series pretty high.
Thinking about it now, though, I still remember it being a good show.
On another note, glad to see that you're alive. Need some recommendations sometime? I think I'd be decent at the right now because my roommate kept on bothering me for something to watch :P

Hmm...an original question for once, albeit strange :P
It's "etch-(a-sketch)-chee." Repeated consonants in Japanese mean that there is a pause. So, between "etch" and "chee," there should be a very SLIGHT silence. If you need more practice, go watch more anime. It's bound to pop-up eventually ^ ^.
Oh, I enjoyed Special A btw (saw that you added that). Funny expressions and decent comedy. If anything, it's the romance that is lacking. It seems like you have a thing for those smart guy + girl pairings, so it should work out.

w00t! Glad to see that you've come to this realization; I hope that you enjoy the series as much as I did. Oh, and I hate spoilers. I'd have to kill myself if I ever spoiled something for a friend.
Thanks for the note about Kare Kano btw. I'm definitely not watching the anime then as I consider endings essential to an anime -- maybe I'll have time to read the manga sometime.
