lol, love that Obama song. It had me singing too (hypnotism, maybe?). JibJab is awesome, need to check out some of their other stuff. I've only seen clips from late night tv.

lol, I can't say too much about Elfen Lied since I've only seen ep 1. I thought the gore and action was nice (I can't get enough of telekinesis), but once Lucy turned retarded, I turned off for a bit. From what I can tell, that's how she is for the majority of the time, so I may not end up liking this. The animation for the backgrounds is fantastic, but the people look pretty meh. Not the best thing in the world at the moment, but its short.
Now and Then is pretty good so far, for it being so old. Gave me a kind of Ico in the future vibe.

Yeah, Ghost Hound is awesome, and really different for Shirow. Makoto was one of my favs, but its kind of hard to hate anyone in that show (all three of the main boys were on my list at some point in time, although I think overall Makoto was best). You must have gotten to the peak of his anger by now, because he starts to really sort of unravel towards the end. This is probably my personal favorite mindfuck show, except for maybe Paranoia Agent (Satoshi Kon owns that field, imo). I might rewatch it come fall...

lol, you're right. analysis does that the joy out of it xD and some of the theories you read.. and you just think how did they come up with that o.0 i don't know.. my film theory course last year killed movies for me in general lol xD watching random, messed up/extremely boring films did it lol!
oo and i can see what you mean about psychology. i have communications courses that deal with psychology to.. and i can never look at people the same way lol.

Did the original have co-op? I can't remember if it did, or if it was only via Live.
I don't mind short games, if they're worth it. Something like 16-20 hours is just perfect for me nowadays because I can just play it casually and still beat it within a week or two.
