You seem pretty smart, so I think you would have ended up figuring it out at some point. ^^
If you ever need any more help, the admins are the best place to turn, but I will always be happy to try and help you if you need it.

You can say something in the comments in the club, but it is best to send a message to them since there is a better chance that they will see it when they get on. They could still see it in the comments of the club, but there is the risk that it would get buried underneath a bunch of other comments from other people. And if they don't approve of them, don't get discouraged. Just keep looking to find a way to make them a little more acceptable, and the admins are usually good at helping to think up ideas to modify techniques to make them work and be fair to everyone in the rp.

Yes you do get to invent 2 original jutsu. You will have to present them to the admins and they will let you know if they are approved, and they can help you figure out where they should be ranked (D rank, C rank, etc)
Right now I don't think there is a limit to how many you can know. I would say at least be a little logical in how many you put down since it isn't likely that someone would know all of them or even a majority of them. I think I have around 6 to 8 in each of them for my character.
You can have tools/weaponry, but the main rule I would say is that you can't carry a ton of stuff. Like the amount of jutsu you can know, you should choose a number of items that you think you could realistically carry. I guess the strength stat would also play a small factor in that too. Also your choice of weaponry should be logical. Many people use kunai, shuriken, and paper bombs since they are pretty basic and shouldn't require a ton of skill to use. However, if you put something like a sword or other kind of weapon, you should be planning on putting a decent portion of your stat points in weapon skill. That is how we show how well our characters can use those more advanced weapons.
