Are you familiar with the mangaka for Fairy Cube's other work (like Angel Sanctuary, The Cain Saga or Godchild)? If you liked either of those, then you might like Fairy Cube (though I think it's less gruesome than Godchild and I've never read her other works).
I see that you like Vampire Knight and Death Note which I think are some pretty dark manga, so you might like Fairy Cube. Read the first 2 or 3 chapters in scanlation (that's what I did first).
The Zettai Kareshi drama can be cute as long as you see it as a standalone and try not to compare it too much to the manga. They had to make a lot of changes 'cuz obviously the drama would be super cheesy if they did every little fantasy thing in the manga and put it in the drama (it's totally understandable). The basic story of a "figure" (robot) is still there though, so that's what counts I think.
Record of a Fallen Vampire is actually shounen but if you like vampire stories, then you might like it. I started reading the scanlations for this and the drawings are pretty cool. The plot may seem kind of confusing at first since it kind of just jumps into the action though but I think that you find out more as you read along.

I just bought Fairy Cube volume 1 yesterday. That was one of the major ones that I wanted to get off of my To-Buy List. The other ones that I really wanna get are Record of a Fallen Vampire 1, Koi Cupid 1, Absolute Boyfriend 6 (I'm into collecting Yuu Watase series even though I've read it already), Sand Chronicles 2 and Special A 4 (already read the scanlations but this is just for my collection).
I have to keep putting series on hold 'cuz I spend too much when it comes to manga >_<

Did you put up the posters in your room? The thing I don't like about posters is that they're made out of paper and once you stick tape on them, it gets ruined whenever you have to take it down and put it back up again.
I like to put my posters in a picture frame and hang it up on the wall that way. It protects the images and looks much cooler than paper taped to the wall = )

I went to Borders yesterday and I got the only copy of Vampire Knight volume 4 plastic wrapped w/ a free Yuki Cross bracelet (just like the one she wears in the manga that looks like Zero's tattoo). I'm so glad that my cousin was the one that spotted it for me!
