Just finished my first year of college! Declared as Pre-Communicative Disorders.
I watch Let's Players on YouTube; I'm a huge Cryaotic fan.
I watch SPN, The Walking Dead, Sherlock, and Hannibal.
Oh, I listen to a lot of Japanese bands ヽ( ´¬`)ノ
I also spend a large amount of my time on Tumblr :]
What kind of anime do you watch?
I'm focusing on catching up on SPN so not too focused on anime ~.~ When I get the chance, I usually watch anything that's new/in season or I hear is really good... or stuff that I see a lot on my Tumblr dash.
What about manga?
Ahh, it's much more convenient for me to read manga than watch anime since I have an app on my phone!
I read a lot of shoujo, but I'm getting tired of Romcoms; I'm slowly moving over to Josei and Seinen because I'm looking for things that will get me contemplating life (please please recommend if you know any).
Note: I've got the dates on my list because back in my middle school days, I was pretty easy with the scoring. Also, if one doesn't have a date, I likely saw it sometime in '08 or '09.

And by a miracle (or due to the kindness of my heart) I've never had to rate anything with a 2 or a 1.
A SERIES ON MY "DROPPED" LIST IS THERE NOT NECESSARILY BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE IT BUT BECAUSE I feel like I'll always get caught up watching other anime and will never come back to it (this pertains especially to anime I watched on TV as a kid). Maybe I've already seen the anime adaption of this manga. Maybe there are a bunch of chapters or episodes and I don't want to deal with all of them. And hey, I can always change my mind later and try it out again.
"On Hold" for me just means I'm not going to make it a priority to watch it or keep up with it, but I do plan to do so one day. I can only watch so many anime at a time.
I really do want to finish watching and reading everything on my list but you know real life is coming at me fast and who knows if that'll happen.

Pre-graduation day I went to the movies with my girlfriend and saw "The Purge", lmao me and her pretty much laughed or were barking orders through most of the scary scenes, and I managed to graduate :O on time, graduation was hectic, went out to eat with the family after at Everett & Jones Barbeque in Berkeley, CA. My father was MIA that whole day but besides that a pretty cool day then I left for Reno,Nv in the afternoon to spend the summer with my mom and sisters before I go back to California for community college, lmao first week back in Reno I went to a Concert-"Bless the Fall" and popped my arm out of place in the mosh pit and broke my glasses because they fell of my shirt xD, woke up in the back seat of my friends car at 6am only to find my friends passed out inside the house. got high as hell and as of this weekend have been playing Company of Heroes and WAR Z off of steam trying to recuperate . HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!! :D and how has my genius college friend been? god it's so hot D:

My classes are going great too. I have some high school friends in some of my classes. I've had a lot of group projects this semester but they have all been going good....so far.
lol I don't remember you talking to me about occupational therapist, the reason why I started to seriously think about that option was because I saw a program and in it there were these physical therapist and it looked like a rewarding job. The job pays really well but to be a physical therapist you need to have your PhD and I didn't want to do that so I looked for the second best thing which was occupational therapist. OT pays a little less than physical therapist but its still good pay and for that career you only need a master's degree and a certification. That's what got me into it. I don't want to spend too much time in school because I really want to travel before I settle down and have a family :P
Although I think I would be the happiest studying for an International Relations/Affairs degree. The only problem is that I have no idea what kind of job I could get with that degree. *long Sign*

The reason I ask is because I've been watching a lot of anime panels on youtube and I've been seeing that a lot of Japanese voice actors and singers are now coming to conventions here in America and I thought that was SOOOOO COOOOLLLLLLL

Oh! I made that :/ face because I only started ONE anime for my WHOLE spring break (in truth I started 2 anime, but that's besides the point) I really thought I was going to start watching some more animes and American, British tv shows as well but that didn't happen...I actually wanted to start watching Sherlock but maybe I'll get to it in the summer.
Ookami Kodomo was BEAUTIFUL, I really liked how the movie focused on the love a mother has for her children rather than being another typical romance movie. It had a bittersweet ending, but I thought it was depressing over all. What did you think about Ame leaving? I really thought the movie was going to go on longer and we would see Yuki as an adult and marry that one kid in her class.
Anyway how are your classes going? Can you understand anime without using subtitles yet? (I'm actually really jealous of you, I want to take Japanese!)
Aww that sucks about the speech pathology class. Speech Therapist sounds like a great field. You know how I told you I wanted to be a psychologist well now I'm thinking of becoming an occupational therapist. Have you heard any negative or positive things about this field?

I feel you on the whole gambling weather stuff, usually the weather has been predictable here but lately....it rains on days suppose to be sunny and sunny on days it's suppose to rain o.o
xD thats neat, been about a year since I've last seen hail can't imagine going several years without seeing it, though yesterday I was talking to some friends who have never seen snow before....caught me off guard and then the nightmares cameback jk xD I just hate snow to some degree only because I used to live in Lake Tahoe, snow is cool until you wake up every morning frozen, and are forced to shovel it every other day.

oh well, your friends maybe mad at the underclassmen but no teacher quits without having a backup plan and what I mean by that, through experience most teachers quit yes because there tired of being walked over by the students but administration also walks all over the teachers and collects much better pay and hardly ever helps, most teachers tired eventually look into other job prospects and eventually are way off better then they were as teachers, sucks to lose a good teacher but I hardly blame the underclassmen in all honest truth and your teacher is better off, and the administration will find another to replace her quick, the only people losing anything in this equation is those who didn't get the chance to learn anything from her. I have this one teacher who I'am really cool with who is retiring early, due to the fact that he's fed up with the district cutting his pay every which way and providing no benefits, so he is forced to pay out of pocket for everything.

we have 5 high schools and 3 continuation schools and 1 adult school all 15-20 minute drive away from each other, 4 different cities all connected together and putting the schools all close to each other was a horrible idea :P
I wanted to go to the high school closest to my house, it's one of the high schools my pops was kicked out of, my mom refused and I ended up going to one of the least horrible public schools around, got kicked out and ended up at a continuation school, a continuation school my dad went to and got kicked out of xD.

the school closest to my house was in the news like 7 years back for a gang raping while during a tennis competition.
yeah we have those programs as well, everyone just fails that shit.
