I recently rewatched it and was reminded of how much I loved it the first time.
I've been aching to read the novels, but I can't find them completely translated online. I guess I'm going to have to buy them.
What I loved the most was the concept of a "war to end all wars" and how silly it sounds at the end of the anime.
The characters are absolutely lovely, I still can't choose a favorite from all of them. Both females and males are equally awesome and diverse. And I love subtle BL hints between Sion and Ryner or Claugh and Miran. And the seiyuus, oh the perfection!

well now this sounds horrible and pushes me to act on this before i am ready... but i do have a friend who has offered his server and technical help to keep AP on its feet. i'll talk to him later tonight and see what he can do. also can you PM me an e-mail which elliott checks regularly so that i can talk to him directly about some of this stuff? also did he say how old the backup is and whether its an IP Board or VBulliten?

THat's not the last episode FYI. There was a recap episode which should technically be labeled as a half episode, but animeseason is dumb. I flipped at first because I thought it was the last episode but then I realized all of that. :P
