I don't really understand. If we accept the idea that liking a fictional character is not tantamount to supporting their actions, then I don't see it as hypocritical for someone to say that "used goods" is kind of a demeaning term to use towards anyone while also liking a character who does the same thing.
I think killing without just cause is wrong, and several of my favoprite fictional characters are varying degrees of remorseless killer, the worst of the bunch for me being Yoshikage Kira from Diamond is Unbreakable. You probably have a character you find charming, funnyy, or relatable who is an villainous person.
Maybe I don't understand the proper context of the user you are talking about, (I probably don't) but ...
I think the general issue is not that people are calling a fictional character like Runa "used goods", but that the term is a pretty unacceptable way to refer to someone on the grounds of them merely promiscuous, fictional or not; it would be akin to calling a fictional black character the N-word. Even if the character being referred to by said word is a genocidal asshole, it is still not cool to use that term period, or at least within this scenario, namely because instead of reflecting our views on a character and their actions, it reveals our views on entire groups of people, and I think that deserve criticism. At the very least, it is just crass.
I don't think anyone could really argue that "used goods" is not a dehumanizing term; whatever Runa does, or has done, she iand other people in her position are a human beings, not a bag of socks being given to Goodwill. I think there is a ton of terms out there that deserve review. Should we really be calling young men virgins as if sex was the defining trait of a man, for example? Should "white people" be used insultingly? Just my two cents on the topic.
I think just because an anime might appeal to a certain type of person, does not mean we should think every fan is necessarily that type of person, and for many anime it is just not true. Gate is pretty nationalist but I know people who like explosions and waifus and not batting an eye. I suppose Jobless Reincarnation could appeal to lolicons in the community but I also refuse to condemn every fan as a lolicon. I see no real evidence for this with how popular the series is. Same goes for haters of a series. I try not to paint people with a broad brush, though I certainly make those mistakes earlier.
Maybe he is, maybe he is not. The thing with Redo of a Healer is that I can sort of understand people enjoying it ironically, due to its over the top nature. It is so shocking it ceases to be shocking, How can I take a lesbian rapist being gang raped and cannibalized by three drugged men while our main hero eats fucking steak dressed as a girl and take it seriously? If we accept this as softcore pornography, then that is even less of a reason to take any fans of it with a grain of salt, lest we suggest everyone who watches a hentai or has a rape BDSM fantasy is some closeted monster.
For me, I have a literal groomer and suspected pedophile(?) in my favorites. Heck, I might even have two depending on your attitude towards Wataten.
