About Lynx_7
Just a random guy.
Not a native english speaker so forgive me if I make some mistakes.

The scores in my list are based solely on the enjoyment I had with the series. I may consider an anime better from a technical point of view but still enjoy it less than another anime which simply captivated me more.
The point is: don't take my scores too seriously. They're all subjective, animes aren't science.

I follow MAL's description of the scores. So, 5 is the AVERAGE, it doesn't mean it's shit, just nothing special. Anything with 6 or above was enjoyable to some degree.

Will add more if I remember anyone... (but I usually never update this list, really)

Well, yeah. I'm referring more to those who contribute, such as yourself, insan3, jreginald, soundescape, ect.

Writing a book is a huge task. It takes a lot of planning even for gifted types, as far as I know. Props to you if you manage to get past the procrastination stages.

I definitely see some well received anime in your watch list. Do you have any preferred genres? I may have seen a lot less, but perhaps I could help you find some new shows that could keep you sucked in. I'm personally getting into seasonal anime more as time goes on. That combined with all of the already aired ones I'd like to watch is more than enough to keep me occupied. I'd recommend not pushing yourself too hard if you're burnt out, though. Just play some games or read a book like you're wanting to. (On that note, what sorts of games do you like? I haven't very interested in books since I was younger, but video games still interest me.)

I plan on trying Badlands Rumble soon, perhaps even today. :)

I like semi-episodics, where most episodes are a self-contained story that still moves along the overall narrative. From what I've seen of it so far, Monster is a good example.

The late reply actually helped out this time. I'm having some computer annoyances, so I've been spreading out any long replies since I'm temporarily stuck typing on a tablet. xD

To be honest, the HxH subforum is pretty nice. Most of the regulars are rather friendly and understanding, even when it comes to disagreements. It's not often that you find a place like that. It feels more community-like.

Hopefully I'll be seeing everyone in other subforums in the future. I do plan on sticking around the HxH subforum, but discussion will probably become more infrequent eventually since the anime ended.

I've been meaning to watch Badlands Rumble for a long time. Maybe I'll watch it in a day or two. Trigun itself was so-so on the action entertainment, I think, but it was quite intellectually interesting. Vash really is a awesome character. I don't think I've watched Naruto since 2008. I hadn't discovered anime long before that. Haha.

I still have a harder time watching episodic anime, usually. That's actually why I'll likely be putting off Cowboy Bebop for awhile yet. I've heard a lot of good things, though. Do you think you'd like Samurai Champloo if you watched it now? It looks a bit interesting.

'Hope you like the club. :)

Hey, I noticed you were keeping up with HxH's score change too and thought you might like the MAL Score Progressions club. They keep up with the week-to-week changes in score of seasonal anime.

That was more of an excuse for me to post here, though. I wanted to thank you for the interesting reads over in the HxH subforum. The few conversations I've had with you have been interesting.

Nice favorites list, btw. ;)

Also, your English is excellent. I wouldn't have guessed that you weren't a native speaker if I hadn't read that on your profile.

Yo. Create a poll thread for HxH's arcs and have it merged by a mod.
