Story: 7. The story is okay its really not that original but that isn't the focal point of this manga in my opinion and even giving it a 7 imo is being generous. The story basically is like the dough of pizza in this situation. It's just there to kind of suffice to hold the ingredients I.E. the cheese, sauce and whatever toppings you may like hah. In this case the toppings are the characters mainly Reiji and Ayaka the brother/sister duo in the story. I will go much more into detail of my review in the character section.
Art: 9. The art is done by Lee, Soo Hyun who usually pairs up with Im, Dal Young who writes a lot of mangas that have been recently popular. Such as Unbalance x Unbalance, Orihime VS, Phantom King, etc... (check out his profile to see more). The art is definitely up to par imo with what some can argue as the stereotypical big boobed freakish athletic female genre that we have seen a lot of lately but it fits this manga perfectly.
Character: 10. At first I was very conflicted on the characters as it aggravated me to see the male protagonist, Tachibana, Reiji who is such a pathetic weakling with a naive childish attitude when it comes to life/survival. He looks through everything with rainbow glasses and just outright is a wuss. However, he is made to be shown like this to show the massive contrast to his sister, Tachibana Ayaka. But at first just watching Reiji can make people drop this manga but Reiji's purpose as a character of being like this is really just to set up Ayaka's character and show the depth that went into making her character.
(There are tiny spoilers about Ayaka's personality ahead but nothing that'll ruin the story):
Tachibana, Ayaka although can be disturbing is where we really see the story flourish from. Tachibana, Ayaka is basically a psychopath. However, she isn't your ordinary psychopath. A normal psychopath is someone who is "A person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior who will use any means for THEMSELVES". But this is where the story really becomes interesting. Tachibana, Ayaka is raised by a super abusive mother who treats her horribly locking her in a sealed off room abusing her etc. Ayaka doesn't even know she has a brother until Ayaka's mother lets her out of the room after many years on the basis that she becomes a good girl. Ayaka's mother made her for her first few years (not giving exact amount but I am guessing 7 years?) of life believe she was a horrible child (She wasn't a bad child her mother just brain washed her into thinking so). However, Ayaka becomes super happy that her mother recognizes her for once and that she can become a good girl. The condition is that Ayaka when she meets her younger brother will dedicate her life basically to raising/protecting Reiji and taking care of all his NEEDS (whether Reiji wants her to or not) in life while their mother is away for basically all their life over seas. So now we see Ayaka's purpose basically for her life is to live for Reiji. All of her emotions which are 100% genuine are for her brother Tachibana, Reiji even if they are twisted. Ayaka can be insanely jealous of other woman that approach Reiji too this plays an important role in her character development. Clearly some brother complex going on, which from how she is raised to live for him is kind of understandable.
So now lets see how this works with the story. Now Ayaka while raising Reiji doesn't appear to be anything more then an overbearing / really close with her brother as a sister as there really is no reason for her to act out as a psychopath (so Reiji and Ayaka really don't even know Ayaka is a psychopath). However, flip forward a little into the story. Both Ayaka and Reiji become Takers and they share life points (I'll let you read to figure out how this happens). Basically Takers start out with 10 life points. Every day that goes by you lose 1 life point. You can only regain these life points by two ways:
1) You must kill another Taker (I.E. a human that was reborn the same as them) highlander style and chop off their head. Not necessarily the only way to kill another Taker but the fastest. Then you absorb the remaining life points of the person you killed has.
or
2) Kill a "Tenshi" which are insanely strong what you would refer to as death Angels? that come down to Earth every 15 days to feed on human souls. Only Takers can see them when this happens as time freezes on Earth for a short period of time.
So put all these factors together and I am pretty sure you can figure out some scenarios that occur when you have a psychopathic sister who will do w.e she has to in order to make sure you survive.
(Oh yea and Ayaka the sister is hot :D )
Enjoyment: 9. The only reason I really gave this a 9 is because I love watching Ayaka's development. Regardless that she is a psychopath you can see that her emotions towards Reiji are genuine and that she dedicates her whole life to his survival even if he doesn't believe in her or even if he weren't to follow her she'd still be there for him.
You must get through the first few chapters though in order to see more development as watching the story at first develop around the pathetic Reiji can give some people a headache but Ayaka will make up for it later on so just make sure to push through!
Overall: 8. I give it an 8 because the story to be honest is not too impressive but the character Ayaka makes up for it alone where the story falls short in many aspects.
TBH if I was in Reiji's shoes I don't think I'd mind having a smoking hot sister who is super strong and will do whatever I ask her to do. Considering they are in a situation where people are trying to constantly kill them since they start out as beginning takers which are easy pickings for stronger takers esp wussies like Reiji. But w.e I am not a character in this manga :D. Enjoy reading! read more

Not really sure why no one has reviewed this but I'll go ahead and make this short/simple. Do not read this however if you are INSECURE about reading a manga with a lot of SEXUAL content. It is really well constructed without any weird taboos or rape that you see in a lot of crappy hentai anime / hentai mangas.
Story: For an adult manga (hentai) this is arguably what they should be about in terms of effort to develop a story. Basically the main character is a huge woman's wrestling fan. Woman's wrestling in this manga could be considered close to almost a modern day MMA fight in sense of how the matches aren't staged and they actually can take a beating. There is no stupid stuff like sex in the ring or w.e that you would probably get from a crappy hentai manga. Yes there is an insane amount of sex in this manga but its done so in a way that it actually develops the story. Coincidentally his landlord is a famous woman's pro wrestler that he idolized growing up. He had no clue though that she was the same person as she wears normal casual clothes when he sees her and not what he saw her in when she wrestled (I.E. the make up / costumes) She is living in secret because of the way she was forced into retirement 3 years prior to the story (Basically her team got their asses kicked and forced out of the scene). The story starts from there as his landlady figures out about his huge fan loyalty even three years after their retirement of their old team, Gigamax even though they are "retired" or so he believed. She goes on to tell him about how their woman's wrestling group Gigamax is making a come back and he basically ends up at first being the teams bi**h. Having to run errands, relieve stress (I.E. sex) but then the woman begin to develop feelings for him and he ends up as vital part as their manager. Story from there develops over the course of what I believe is 45 chapters all very enjoyable.
Art: Nothing really to say about this. It's fantastic. Yes there is censorship but that's how it is with hentai mangas that have actual story lines. However the censorship really isn't too bad though and they do a good job with the artwork too make it not so noticeable.
Characters: Great nothing really more so to say about this. Every character for the main big characters are all very individualistic in terms of personality. The sub characters can be less distinguishable from each other but that's because their roles aren't as important.
Enjoyment: If you looking for a manga with a really good story line and a lot of sex then you won't be disappointed.
Overall: Overall I would give this a 10 when comparing it to other mangas in the same genre this pretty much dominates all that I've come across. Also the ending of the manga is a happy ending and will feel rewarding to have read through it all even if you are busy doing something else during the time. read more

Okay so this is my first review of an anime ever and I want to try to keep it short and simple. However I want you to keep in mind if you aren't a fan of the GENRES: Mystery, Ecchi, Romance, School, Seinen then why even bother bashing it as I have seen from other reviewers. I want people to read this review not basing it off of well is this the greatest anime ever or not. I want people to read my review based off how this anime stands up to other animes in the same genres. Also you must be able to throw out any insecurities you may have because the way this romance develops isn't like in any other anime (the physical contact I mean begins at first via saliva swapping and not by kissing) Kk now onto the review.
Story : The story is rather simple. It's a high school relationship, a first for both MCs in the show. Although they are both rather weird, in their own regards they are also very innocent and kind. Tsubaki we learn a fair bit from the beginning as he is the male MC. He begins to take interest in a girl Urabe who appears to isolate herself in the classroom. No one knows anything about her and she is shrouded in a lot of mystery. This piques Tsubaki's interest. You'll learn that Urabe is just Urabe and its hard to label her as anything. Basically the way the story develops is Urabe is constantly sleeping whenever they have a break on her desk in the classroom (usually during lunch). Tsubaki begins to notice this and sees that Urabe has a tendency to drool in her sleep. To him the drool appears to be sparkling with almost a honey color but but this is with only her drool. One time when the class is empty and Tsubaki is the last one in the class he sees that Urabe left drool on her desk. He is then enveloped in mystery as he feels attracted to the saliva but doesn't understand why until he tastes it. He's immediately shocked to find that it has a very sweet taste (kind of like honey). That night he has a dream (Tim Burton esque type of world) where he meets Urabe (his own projected image of Urabe not actual telepathy) and finds himself extremely happy in this trippy atmosphere. Although over the course of the next few days he becomes very ill. Urabe realizes he isn't in class and she puts 2 and 2 together to realize Tsubaki probably licked her saliva that one day after she left. Tsubaki is going basically is going through withdrawal as if Urabe's saliva is a drug to HIM. Basically by Tsubaki having this reaction to Urabe's saliva means that they are almost destined for one another, as Urabe's saliva doesn't have the same effect on everyone. The romance from here starts as Tsubaki receives a finger full of saliva after school from Urabe everyday so he doesn't become ill again. However Urabe's saliva will transfer any feelings, pains, cuts or bruises she may have to Tsubaki regardless if she wants to or not. This comes into play many times over their relationship. Although it appears they are destined to be together not everything always goes smooth and so we see their relationship progress through difficulties any romance may run into in the first 11 episodes.
Art: The art almost has a throw back to older animes. I was almost turned off at first by this because I like to watch my modern day animes with modern top notch art. However I noticed after a few episodes when more things happened on the screen the art develops more so and flows really well. The characters may look throw back art style but we aren't burdened with dull static back drops or anything like that from old animes. Also if you like trippy Tim Burton esque style things then you should thoroughly enjoy the dream sequences that we see Tsubaki have a few times.
Sound: The sound in my opinion maybe one of my favorite parts of the anime. It flows really nicely with the whole mysterious atmosphere that the relationship between Urabe and Tsubaki exudes.
Character: I have one minor problem with the characters and it's not really a bad thing. The problem is that Urabe the female MC overshadows the male MC pretty heavily. However, this is because she is so mysterious and weird that it draws you in to want to know more about her. If you can get through the first few episodes and not run away because of the spit swapping via fingers ( no difference then a kiss when you think about it ) you'll come to realize that Urabe is pretty much an amazing girlfriend. She handles all situations she is put in with confidence because she never waivers on who she is. She has displayed no insecurities in herself so she rarely gets angry and really never jealous of Tsubaki. She strongly believes in their bond and never waivers.
There is also another thing that may freak out someone at first about Urabe. She always carries a pair of scissors tucked in the elastic part of her panties. It's not exactly ever explained why but mainly it shows she uses it for self defense as she can do some crazy super human things with her scissors when she is startled by someone sneaking up behind her and grabbing her. I.E. slicing all your clothes off your body in a few seconds without leaving a scratch. I actually think this is pretty badass because any girl who can defend herself is cool by me ^^
Enjoyment: Okay so this anime to me is thoroughly enjoyable. However, if you are not willing to throw away your insecurity of watching the unconventional style of saliva being swapped via a finger then you won't enjoy this. TBH the spit swapping to me is more interesting because we see the surreal feelings that can be conveyed and felt by doing so. Even some times what would be described as euphoric / trippy dreams and feelings occur. Basically its better then kissing (I.E. the super natural effects of the saliva). So basically if you enjoy this type of genre and are willing to man up and not be insecure about the premise of the anime then I think you will definitely enjoy it.
Overall: I would give this between a 7-9 based on your own personality. If you go into this not being open minded and full of insecurities that you can't let go then you'll be closer to a 7 if not less. If you can go into this anime with an open mind and persevere until the later episodes of the season I think you'll be closer to a 9 like myself. This show definitely rewards you in seeing a relationship progress the more you watch it. Also you'll understand by the later episodes just how much of a badass and awesome girlfriend Urabe can be ^^
Thanks for reading my review hope it helps :D read more
