I agree with you. The ratings are very, very high for most series here. It seems that many people rate a 7 or even 8 just for liking an anime (and 1's just for disliking it). I have over 1200 titles on my list. But I have rated 15 of them as 10, and 2 of them are rated 1. I try to keep mostly to a bell curve in my ratings: mostly 5's and 6's, and very few 1's and 10's, but my mean (average) score is 6.0. If it were a perfect bell curve, it would be 5.5, so maybe I also rate a little higher than I should.

You have a point that you get a good feel for the story, art style, and everything else from the first episode. So I guess it makes sense to rate something after the first episode, but reviews after only 1 episode are still strange. I update my ratings often as I watch, and there are many series that end with a different rating than I gave at first.

I gotcha. I use the Low/Medium/High priority for that. Well, whenever I remember to. ;) And ideally, yeah, but that's probably why the ratings are so skewed here. I don't rate anything until I've seen at least 2 episodes (and sometimes more, depending on how I feel about it). It kills me when I see not just ratings but actual reviews of anime the same day that episode 1 comes out.

Thanks. How I use it? I'm kinda confused why you've got ratings on almost all your Plan To Watch anime (and most of them 1's)... Now I know why some truly awesome anime have such low scores. ;-P

Also I didn't like the anime because it treats mental health as if it was a joke, again, Nichijou is a 10/10 Comedy as it doesn't offend me...

It doesnt change the fact that it's just sad the characers seem to don't care about the main girl

You have an insane amount of 1/10 scores, can't you just accept that 'they are just anime'??
