The only reason he sacrificed him self was because he thought he lost nunnaly and when he found out she was alive.. He couldn't turn back anymore.... the reason he didn't turn back wasn't because he didn't want to but because he couldn't.... He couldn't because everyone wanted him dead at that point .... so if nunnaly was still alive before he made the zero plan in Lelouch eyes then he wouldn't of made the zero plan..... so it wasn't a sacrifice.... He was just to let him self die at the hands of Suzuki to avenge euphy because Lelouch had nothing to live for.

Hi, now that you're finishing the fishman island arc in one piece, I want to know if the slow pace doesn't bother you. You can continue watching the next 2 arcs (punk hazard and dressrosa) on this site: www.onepace.net. Here the episodes are edited in order to follow better the manga, so the pace is much better and maybe it will take you less time to finish it, but if you're okay with how the anime is made you can still watch the normal episodes.
