I'm an ex-art student right now, having gone rogue after finding out my school's nefarious plans of world domination. I now live my life in the shadows, trying to unravel the mystery before it takes away the freedoms or lives of every red blooded American. My name is Lei Kai-sing, and I am the Drawer of Pretty Pictures.

Lol, right. It'd be cool to see Jackie Chan though, no doubt.
And don't you worry, I'll be having tons of fun. :D

Yeah, sounds like The Peak. But man, 2 more days. I can't wait.

Yeah, HK is a pretty cool guy, eh has teh opium and doesn't afraid of anything. Sounds like you were up at The Peak, with the cable cars, but I could be wrong. It's just that The Peak is the most famous spot for HK cityscape.

Yup, lol. Hong Kong is probably my most favorite place in the world. It's got a lot to offer for anyone, really. I can't wait to go there and get fat all over again.

Yeah. You can thank the British.

I hear it's pretty bad in Taiwan. In Hong Kong, it's not bad at all. There are traffic laws and people actually obey them. I guess it has to do with the whole fact it used to belong to England, that may play some part.

Well, the drinking age in HK is 18, and I'm 17, so still technically underage. But much like how you've explained as in Taiwan, no one enforces the drinking age. As long as you have the money for the booze, they'll give it to you. I remember being 15 the first time I went and the waiter asked me if I wanted a beer, however my uncle instantly declined. I just love HK.

True, true. The 99% humidity DOES NOT help with the already blaring temperatures. I remember in HK, when you get out of the shower, you instantly start to sweat and develop a thick layer of grease because of the humidity.
I'm not really doing much in HK, just hanging out with some family and friends and eating a lot. However, most importantly, I will be drinking like crazy as I can drink alcohol there without anyone caring. Damn America and its 21 year-old drinking age.
So, what are you in Taiwan for? Family I suppose?

Badass. I'm going to Hong Kong on the 16th, can't wait.
How's the weather? Sweating like 10 pounds a day, right?

I hope it's air conditioned.

Oh, I see. I know a lot of great artists who dropped out of art school (or never even went to one). The massive tuition is preventing me from applying. Right now I'm taking classes at community college (life drawing is great) and it's like...$300/semester. Too good.
I don't really care about having a huge salary, but that's my own naivete. I guess I can fall back on my science degree, but I really don't want to be doing that boring shit for the rest of my life, either. I hope you continue to study art and whatnot and keep yourself open to the possibility, though. You never know...
