Yeah I'm not much of a reader but have been interested in JoJo for quite awhile. So far the anime is pretty damn awesome and I've been planning on going back and reading it someday too. Baoh I've both read and seen the OVA actually, great budget for the OVA but yeah it was so short and cut up, lol. I'm usually more of an anime fan but in that case the manga was a lot better I'd say, even if it was short too. Felt like Araki's take on Guyver or something.

Yeah Galient's OP/ED's are some of my favorites, they kind of remind me of Vifam's a bit though I guess they were different bands.

Your welcome! I believe him and Ryosuke Takahashi were both good friends and they co-directed Dougram together, another excellent one. It's got fun characters like Vifam, and serious storytelling like you'd see in Ryosuke's mecha shows (Votoms, Layzner, Galient), etc. Kanda also directed the Votoms spinoff Mellowlink which was excellent. You can't go wrong with these two directors I'd say.
