Aah geez those 2 animes are so similar! It's hard to explain though for some reason.. Except I liked Tengen Toppa a lot more :p I must've been high most of the time I watched Linebarrel so I'm having a hard time remembering it correctly, still I recall there was that same feeling to both animes - guy gets involved in a fight, gets interested in a woman, starts taking on bigger enemies and ends up in a fight in space that will decide the world's fate... Linebarrel is a bit harem on some parts, as some girls are GORGEOUS and are interested in the main char, yet Tengen Toppa makes up for it because it has YOKO (makes me drool just thinking of her, damnit) Also you'll find that ideal of humans trying to protect themselves against a destiny worse than death: losing their individual consciousness and become machines (don't want to spoil it all, just watch both anime aldready! :P )

Both are very similar because of the "game" the characters are forced into : there's a war in the city, and the masters[fsn] / ashikabis[sekirei] fight with their servants[fsn] / sekireis for the title of strongest. Then again, lots of similarities if you pay attention: both main characters are worried about their woman and dont want to let em fight or cry about not being able to help them etc. Servants however are not all women with oversized boobs! Fate stay night doesn't rely on the fan service, as it's a serious anime with a deep setting and storyline : less echi, more action, beautiful effects... I recommend it for those who liked the idea of a battle royale in the city!
