Sorry for not being online much.. It has been a tough few months, but I am happy see that my mal friends have not forgotten about me. Thank you all for worrying about me. I will try to go on at least once a week.
well it still has flashbacks and maybe chapter moving slow but it is still better than the anime as story pacing goes, the manga is good for marathoning , but it sucks when you have to wait a week for a new chapter
are you at the pain arc yet?
what about Jiraya and Itachi's deaths? those were among my favs even though naruto has lots of epic moments
I started watching a new long running series called Hunter x Hunter (even though there are 70+ episodes out) and so far it's pretty good
I listened to some soundtracks from Death Note the other day and it brought back memories from the series that were "hidden" in my mind , I know there aren't many anime like death note out there
btw do you plan on watching One Piece after you're up to date with Naruto?

I don't think I understood more than 70% of what I read, but to me it seems like I did pretty good on the exam so not complaining.
Hey, how are exams going? I feel like I'm procrastinating so much (as you probably assumed from my quick response), but in a week I've gone through a 800page textbook so i must be doing something right haha. Good luck with your finals.

yes it is , the manga has it lows usually during flashbacks but still no fillers , manga is also a faster way to go through the story , I red 50 chapters in like 3 days. but I have to admit I'm very excited regarding the manga right now I can barely wait a week for it to update.
the scene when he writes that message on the back of that frog was so epic. Naruto will surpass Jiraya don't worry , but still naruto owes a lot to Jiraya , rasengan , sage mode , stole his money lol
were there moments in naruto where you shed tears or anything like that?
yeah that's the problem , not much romance , more like comedy/fanservice/slow development
I dropped that anime after episode 2 , it was 0 dimensional imo and after reading some reviews I think I was right but I have to admit her eye color looks cool
keep on watching , the pain arc was really epic , soon you'll get close to the last arc which started almost 2 years ago and is still going. what do you thought of Jiraya's battle with pain and his fate?

no , not really , it's an anime with no main characters , with stories told kinda like in Pulp Fiction style if you've seen the movie , it's really good I have to say. I haven't seen a romance anime in a while but I've read this manga called Orange which is now on hiatus , that's too bad because it was the best shoujo ever made.

oh so you've advanced pretty far , what do you think of the story so far? I'm up to date with the manga and something major happened regarding Sasuke , it's so epic , you won't believe it. keep watching , your like midway through with shippuden , taking the fillers out you'll be up to date in no time , after that you should try keeping up to date with the manga then you'll have no fillers and no spoilers.
I'm in my last week of spring break , but I'll get another 1 week break in early May because our religion celebrates Easter then :P
I finished Ghost Hunt and it was good, but now I'm watching Baccano! and is so great i Love this non linear storytelling from different timelines

Ghost Hunt is good , I still need to finish it but I have no desire to right now lol I'm kinda lazy , I'll try to watch more during spring break I guess. It takes up to 20 episodes to get used to Gintama after that it gets a whole lot better , always puts you in a good mood and laughing as for Hunter x Hunter I'll see how it is.
I haven't been in the mood to watch much anime lately but I'll try to pick up some anime from the next season and see how they are.
