About Koeji
"Let all of life be an unfettered howl. Like the crowd greeting the gladiator. Don't stop to think, don't interrupt the scream, exhale, release life's rapture. Everything is blooming. Everything is flying. Everything is screaming, choking on its screams. Laughter. Running. Let-down hair. That is all there is to life."

- Vladimir Nabokov

Wow, Tsuritama episode 8 actually explained everything in a single exposition dump. I now know what's going on with the plot instead of just watching for the gay subtext.

I was fully expecting to have no clue until the very end, as in Penguindrum.

Meh. I rate purely based off enjoyment, and on that basis, it was unquestionably a 10/10 and the best anime of 2009.

You gave Akikan! 3/10? I am so disappoint...

Regarding Legal Drug, I should actually clarify what I said earlier when I was comparing it to Tokyo Babylon. Legal Drug, at least so far, is indeed a well-written CLAMP romance and the episodic adventures are very well written. The main difference between it and Tokyo Babylon is that Legal Drug is far, far more comedic, and the humor is very, very gay.
