Hello, I'm Klarerwind, a college student who's still somewhat new to the anime scene -- it all started with me watching Love Hina in freshman year of high school. As you might imagine, I've learned a lot since then...(although Love Hina is still awesome!)
Klarerwind is a reference to "Klarer Wind", the magical device of Shamal from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A's.
I have a penchant for anime that uniquely explore themes of humanity often found in literature: love, death, suffering, power, friendship. I guess this description fits a lot of people, actually. I particularly like anime with powerfully emotional scenes. I'm still learning about the different genres in anime, but I mainly watch romance ( Toradora!), psychological/philosophical as in Jigoku Shoujo or Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, drama, and slice of life. Anything cute goes as well.
Hobbies: piano, programming, reading classic novels (Dickens ftw), watching anime, learning languages
