Thanks! I am soooo glad it's fixed too. Less work for me to do. I'll backup the code now too so if something happens to it just text me. I'm def going hiatus this month. I'll still try to check up on things & maybe post here & there but I'm not doing much else. One of my hiatus relievers is going to do features if they need doing & anything else. I will tell staff about my hiatus tomorrow. (I was supposed to do it today lol!)
Anyway-- I'm DEF closing all the card & badges threads temporarily for this month! So that should help you catch up your requests. & Hey if you're tired of doing cards you can retire them all! It's not a problem! I know you don't have time for them anymore & I'm not going to get mad chica. You can always add em back later or make new ones or something if you do get more time to devote to MAL. ^_^ I asked you to start the club with me but I don't expect to do it forever lol. I'm getting tired of it myself. (shhh!) You've already helped more than enough. You should be able to come on & chat with us not worry about a bunch of damn graphics every time you get a minute. Anyway I'm closing them now. They'll be closed for this whole month but just this month. So you can retire which ones (or all lol) that you want during this time & it won't affect anything. <3
You can post it next week if you want, but you'll have to post in the archive & on the main page. (code is fixed) I'll back everything up in case something goes wrong. My new term starts Monday. But one of the classes is ridiculous. Don't worry about making a card unless you really want to! We already have a bunch of Staple Collection cards. Too many lol! I need to get rid of some more. which reminds me... you can now retire your cards yourself whenever you want. So when you finish with requests, you can just put "retired~ will replace with new" btwn the img tags. That is, if you do want to retire them. Just wanted to remind you that you could since you are so busy now days. It's prob a pain & a burden to know you keep gathering requests. I know it is for me & I catch them up once a month. i can only imagine how it is for you! I'm even thinking about temporarily closing them all for the this upcoming month, but I haven't decided yet. I'm curious what would happen to the club if i did that.
I don't have one. So if you can finish for sure by the end of this week you can go ahead & do it. I mean that if you can't finish it, then I need to do it or have someone else do it by the end of this week bc I'm about to get waaay to busy to fix code & move stuff for it next week. I have another one of those heavy terms this time & won't even be around a computer until I'm writing essays. Prob at least for a month, maybe two. I'm trying to get everything done I possibly can this week. thanks xD
Hey. I sent these out today. I haven't been around this month, but I'm back now. At least til July. c: I had to extend the Summer SE til this Saturday if you still want to join. But I have to def open the thread Sunday bc of the new season & my school starting back up. So... I only have next week to do everything. Oh & if you can't do that Culture Time Feature soon, just let me know & I'll do it or have someone else & you could save your idea for next time. ^_^

As most of you already know, I am back now from my (not so fun) vacation.
To all Staff:
Firstly, the Summer SE will open this Sunday on June 23rd. Post your cards in the staff discussion if you want to participate. The rules were in the last staff update so I won't go over them again. The thread will def open on Sunday regardless of who's ready bc we have to prepare for next season starting the following week. I'm sorry I'm so late on getting this together.

@ IceDraconian: I've updated the schedule in the staff discussion. The Summer Newsletter will go out (on time) this time starting the weekend of July 15th. If you can't start then I'll need to know so I can get my assistants to help send some. Plz check your schedule. ^^
@ Hypercardiac: If you can't get to the news during your crazy work schedule just let know & I can take it up for you when needed. I'm not sure if you need help, just wanted to let you know I have time to do it again. c:

I've been using recently photobucket to put effects into the pix before I start on them in gimp. It's much faster & easier than loading plugins into gimp - although gimp does have some cool features once you get familiar with it. Good luck. (:

I have a few things to talk about.
First, for those of you haven't, please welcome Jori-kun (inviter), yui_iwisawa (hiatus relief), & Sibby (card delivery) to the Staff! We're happy to have them since a lot of you are busy right now. :P
In other news... we will be having a Summer SE! [yay!] So if you'd like to participate, have your cards posted in the staff thread by June 11th.
Here are the specs:
1. Any staff member may join, but it'sobviously ot required.
2. You can make however many cards you want, just post how many members & staff can have along with your card pic codes.
3. They will be limited to 21 member posts.
4. You may (like always) use our card deliverers by posting a link to your album in the staff thread. (I will pass them to our deliverers)
5. The theme (Summer) is very broad. Anything summer-ish is acceptable. (that includes culture stuff too - not just anime) Swimsuits, beaches, watermelons, etc...
If you are going on hiatus (or back) let me know!
People on official hiatus are: ImCrazyInLove, PzykoSkillz, SouLovE.

@ SouLovE - It's time to make the Spring cards. Have you caught up on your old ones yet? We can deliver them for you if you want. I need to know if still want to work for us. & I'd also like you to cut out one of your jobs. So plz pick one. ^^ Let me know what you want to do more. I'll be fine with whichever job you want to keep, although I do love your features the most. :D

Yep thx! I know I'm relieved. We still need a couple more helpers & we'll be set. Half the staff is on hiatus - so that's why we need more already. This season is hectic for everyone.
Great. Prob going to try to open in at the beginning of June. Thinking it will prob be one those where you make however many cards you want & limit them whatever you want. Gimp is easy once you get the hang of it. It's just not very user friendly. But there are tons of tutorials out there for it. (:
Hey Kitty-chan! I've finally got into updating PCM again. I was really slacking for a bit there. Anyway I saw that the Culture Time! Feature was expiring on May 22nd. I believe you said you wanted to do it this time. Do you think you'll be able to?? If not I'll figure something out.
Also I hired 3 staff members. One is like a person who fills in for others that are on break from MAL lol. So that's nice.
I was also thinking about doing a summer time SE card thread in a few weeks. Let me know what you think about it. It will be a pretty slow month in PCM, so I think that might liven things up a bit. (:
