i thought so. anyways, i'm actually enjoying btooom. it's suspenseful and i like the main character. he's not without his flaws but he's clever and a genuinely nice guy. self-studying is a pain. the midterm is going to be an old AP german test, so in other words, it'll be very hard. sorry, i could call you in the morning but by the time i get up, i'm sure your bus would be gone already.
i have noticed that you always look strained when you smile. i thought you were only mad at me, and i felt bad. but i'm drowning in my own problems too and i don't know how to help myself let alone how to help you. i'm not an altruistic being. but i'll stop being self-centered now and say that i'm sincerely sorry that i haven't been the friend you want me to be. i sympathize with you; that feeling of loneliness is devastating. let's just get past this cursed month of january, okay? i'll keep my promises.

i read fast, but not crazily so. anyways, ivanhoe is a naturally slower read, especially because i try to absorb all of the details when i read :p
well... i seriously doubt i'll be able to pull off an a this quarter. there's probably only going to be one quiz left... that test should have been worth more points.

my writing is pretty haphazard too. i haven't been able to focus well and all of the "why ___" essays are incredibly annoying. i'm sick of opening like 30 tabs in search of details to incorporate into my essays. -__-
