The why the hell would you think that female badass club is for female mal users only? It's a club that supports strong and independent female anime charactes. Both female and male users should join.

Hello, I understand you lost some reviews today...
You just need to go to google cache to recover it. First go the manga/anime page and copy it's url eg http://myanimelist.net/manga/1271/Special_A, then go to google and type in cache:http://myanimelist.net/manga/1271/Special_A or
cache:http://myanimelist.net/manga/1271/Special_A/reviews.

I couldn't find ALL my reviews, but I found some of them like this. Plus, the date of the page they recover for the URL changes everyday so you can probably just check everyday and within a week or two, you can recover your review for sure.
