Kun - is more for a close male associate (brother, friend, family)
San - like Mr. or Mrs. that's a title.
Sama - is one of high rank. Really literally means "lord / God". but can refer to a judge, president, CEO, your boss, your parents.
Dono - this one is kinda use like sama and like san. but it's more of a respect. Like in Rurouni Kenshin manga....Ken calls Kaoru "Kaoru-dono"...because she's the master of the dojo.
A lot of times in what the meaning is and the person you talk to and the situation. This helps you? ^_^
