I don't think he gave up. I think he just realized that she loved Otani and there was nothing he could about it. I don't think he stopped liking her, even after he realized that. Poor Kohori!!
Otani was dense like most guys are! If a girl doesn't come out and say she likes a guy, he probably won't ever know. I felt so bad for Haruka, Risa didn't even give him a chance. I mean, I like Otani better, but that still sucks for him.

I just took a peek at your manga list. Why did you drop Bitter Virgin? I just read the first chapter a couple days ago and I don't want to stick with it if it's going to suck. And you're reading 24 Colors & Beast Master too! Aren't they so cute? ^_^

I didn't like Otani in the beginning either... he was mean, but he turns out to be so sweet later ^_^ My other fave character was Kohori, he's SO CUTE! I wish he would've been in more episodes. I felt so bad for him, all alone. I wondered throughout the whole thing if Haruka and Seiko were secretly a couple, they were always together. What do you think?
You watched it all in TWO DAYS?? Wow! o_o I wish the was more too, but unfortunately the manga is finished. If you read the manga "Lovely Complex Plus", it supposedly shows what happens to them later in life.
So who were your favorite characters? Did you cry at all? Lol
Love Com is one of my faves ever~ I gave it a 9/10, I would give it a 10 except for the fact that Seiko and Kohori weren't in enough episodes - they are so awesome and yet so underutilized! You should definitely give it a try =)
