As an extreme fanboy of the manga (look at my nickname^^) the first episode nearly killed it for me, they practically did everything wrong imo. Everything was so summarizing and fast, leaving no time for getting any feeling for the story.

But they saved it with the second episode, very sadly it's not a strict anime adaption, I assume because they want to keep it relatively short compared to the manga and because they want to leave some of the heavy gore out.

Over all it's solid work and definitely a nice watch, even for a veteran.

Ps: Oh, but what's really horrible is that they turned the transformation to Zet into smth Dragonball-like, that's annoying the crap out of me. read more
