Okay, so I read your review of Air, and one thing you said really bugged me:
"...That’s also a staple of the hentai games these shows came from..."
Okay, I'll get straight to the point. Eroge (hentai games) are not always the disgusting porn games most of the American anime fanbase makes them out to be. Sure, there are a lot of eroge that pander extensively to certain people, but is that any different in anime? No, it isn't, and when you get past these types of games, you discover well-written, engaging stories such as "Kara no Shoujo" and "Saya no Uta". Saya no Uta is amazing, partially because it uses sex scenes to its advantage. Kara no Shoujo is a great mystery/detective story, though it does have unneeded sex scenes. Those examples just barely scratch the surface of amazing eroge. So I hope you will look past the common misconception that eroge are bad because they include sex scenes, because anything relating to sex MUST be brainless porn or for perverts.
And by the way, I know that you never specifically stated that eroge games are bad or that you regard them negatively because they include sex scenes. Reading that portion of your review made me believe that you thought that way, so please excuse me if my assumption was incorrect.

Hi, I would just like to say that your review for Air hit the nail right on the head. I felt that Air could have been really good, that is if it didnt suck, and I saw alot of my views reflected in your review.

I'm a huge fan of your reviews, especially your Digimon reviews!
The character analysis section for Adventure and Zero was so good! I especially liked your Zero 2 review as I remember not really liking the second season that much as a kid, but I could never really figure out why.
I would like to say though that I actually did like the Hey Digimon song as a kid, and it got me real pumped when it was playing during some scene around where Myotismon goes monster form.

Just wanted to say that i absolutely love your work and that i think you're easily the best and most engaging anime reviewer on the interwebs!
I also wanted to thank you for leading me to such masterpieces as Cowboy Bebop and Fullmetal Alchemist - Both of which have become two of my favorite TV shows of all time! (This is coming from a guy who was once an anime sceptic and pretty much avoided it all together)
Exposing myself to the better side of anime has been a blast and i'll be looking forward to your future reviews!
