I am a student at the University of Pittsburgh. I am pre-med and double majoring in Molecular Biology and English Literature.
I am a writer at heart, but forcibly planning on medical school. I hate bananas. I am also writing a light novel in hopes of getting published outside of the US in Japan, so I have an excuse to give to my relatives for quitting medical school (hopefully). Hmm.. I like black olives, mushrooms, salt, mustard, tabasco.. I hate bananas, sweet pickles, honey mustard, and lemon custard anything. I hate milk from the bottom of my heart.
I am failing miserably at quitting cigarettes and don't exercise. I am pretty easy going, so feel free to comment on my wall and let's talk about anime!

Thanks for the comment! The name "lightwriter" is quite literal--it refers to the art of photography, in which light is "written" and fixed on a piece of film. However, I do enjoy writing so it kind of has a double meaning for me.
By the way, if you love Kino's Journey and Mushishi, I think you would like Spice and Wolf. (^__^) It's not quite as "deep" in the sense of the first two, but it is still intelligent and witty.

Bioengineering is one of the applications of Molecular Biology but Biochemistry on the other hand, it will help you understand the other side of MB. BC and MB are like two heads of the same coin. I highly recommend that you do that if you want to have a better general view of life.
