From the impression that I have, it isn't *bad* per se, just incredibly slow-paced and draggy in some points, with not many outstanding moments. Something you'd watch if you have the spare time, or need to destress by watching something that you can take slow.
To tell you the truth, my rating's probably a bit over-high (the showi has major issues, mark you), but I really, really liked the show. Perhaps I'll downgrade it when the sentiment has worn off, but right now, I'd say that it's about as good as Code Geass, or better.
