This one shot is about a girl who learns from a supposed angel that her best friend will die soon. She and her best friend know each other since their childhood.

The story is pretty much about how to enjoy all the remaining moments with someone, and even though she’s trying to deny what the angel said, she still trying to enjoy every remaining moments with him.
She wanted to be with him forever and she can’t believe that she will loose him eventually, each moment of this chapter depicts pretty well her fear of loosing him mixed with the need of enjoying her last moments with him.

One thing I really liked about this one shoot is that, it doesn’t really show any love story, it’s a relation between a girl and a boy but nowhere it’s cleary said if they're dating each others or if they love each others.
At least the story wasn’t spoiled by a bad romance and shows that their relation might be really strong even if they’re just friends and not lovers.
And also it’s really up to the interpretation of the viewer, you can see a romance if you want or just a simple friendship story.

I really enjoyed the story, it might looks a little bit generic. But well it’s just a simple one shoot with no pretensions.
Though the ending was really a disappointment.

The art, without being exceptionnal, is quite good and really in a shoujo style. Maybe the eyes of the characters are a little bit too big but the wings are really well drawn.

All in all I would say, it's really a worth reading one shoot if you like this kind of simple drama story with a little touch of fantasy. read more

Living in the shadow of one of our sibling and feeling lonely because of it, is really hard. And this is what this one shot is mostly about.

Akira is an adolescent who suffers from living in the shadow of his father and this, since his childhood.
His father, Takatsuki Minori, is a well-known inventor and people want to get close to Akira only because of his father's popularity. Akira's relation with others only ends up being superficial and there's nobody he could consider as a real friend.

But one day a machine created by his father gone haywire and summons the 16th century samurai, Mori Ranmaru.
At first Akira will consider Ranmaru only like a bother but he will quickly understand that they are alike and he will find himself in him in the point that they will end up being friends.

It's really a touching story that develops an interesting relation between Akira and Ranmaru. And Akira's feeling of loneliness is really well depicted.
There are some funny jokes that don’t break the seriousness and the drama of the story and give a lighter mood.

The little touch of historical and science fiction are a good plus and both mixed together have brought some interesting plot twists.

If you like stories about friendship and isolation, I'd definitely recommend this one shot. It's really a beautiful story.

Really a nice one shot about how two complete strangers could fall in love.

After breaking up with her boyfriend, Mizuho met a fallen boy from the Greenhouse along with a guitar. She will take him home, and therefore she will call him Tenshi.
Mizuho will ask Tenshi to help her to win a cruise dinner so she could make up with her previous boyfriend. She thought that he could play guitar since he was borrowing one, but actually he can’t. Tenshi will accept her request even though he’s not a guitarist.
And that's how they will get closed together.

It's really a random meeting between two strangers, and what was good to see is how their relation will be built through this competition.

There’s only two characters introduced in this one shot, Mizuho and Tenshi, and each one will contribute in his own way to get closed to the other one.

Tenshi is pretty much like the kind of guy with the "I don't care" attitude and this is why he looked a little bit distant to Mizuho's feelings at the beginning. But quickly he will show that he can listen to her when she needs to confess and also that he can give good advices.
The fact that he showed he was caring for her really helped to build their relation.
The mystery is really complete about him. We don't know who he is, where he comes from, what he was doing when he first met Mizuho and not even what his real name is. And that's what made him quite intriguing.

Misuho is a nice and somewhat clumsy girl who happens to be mocked by Tenshi quite often. Apparently she's not really cautious with stranger since she accepted Tenshi in her house. And this helped a lot to build their relation.
Her clumsiness will bring some funny jokes and she was the one to the first step to get closed to Tenshi by asking him to help her.

Two engaging characters who will bring some interesting revelations.

The art is really nice, quite the usual shoujoistic style though.
The settings are really various and some really grab this christam's feeling, since the story take place in christmas.

All in all this one shot was really a fun to read, if you're looking for a romance one shot I'd definitely recommend it.

Saitama Chainsaw Shoujo is about a girl who got bumped by her boyfriend and then decides to commit a massacre in her school in order to kill him. And she will use a chainsaw to do so.
It’s pretty much like Columbine but with a chainsaw.

What bothered me with the story is that, Saitama didn’t have a real strong reason to commit such massacre.
Of course she’s shy and doesn’t have a lot of friends. But still I don’t think that justified such massacre and I was expecting some revelations about an obscure past or something like this.

This said, others characters attitude were really… strange.
I mean nobody’s scared when they saw a girl covered with blood and with a chainsaw. And all they do is to complain about how dirty her shoes are or fighting her like if they were zombies.
They’re really not taking things seriously and it’s really not like they’re scared of being killed.
It’s completely unrealistic but is it bad? It really gives a funny, horrifying and quite demented atmosphere which is what I expected from a manga like this.

The students really represent an obstacle for her and her determination is challenged.
Also her relation with her best friend is really well developed and challenged as well.

The art is really nice, there’s some blood and gore but not excessively.
The fights are really well done and quite entertaining.

Overall it was really a nice manga if you like this kind of horror story with people turning all psychotic.
I’m just a little bit disappointed because we didn’t have a lot of revelation about Saitama but it still good anyway.

Quite generic story about a girl who is trying to be loved by the one she loves, but at least you will have some intense and erotic moments when the girl is nearly about to be raped by a player.
It's pretty much like a fantasm a being toyed by a handsome boy.

The art is nice and the boys are really beautiful bishonen.

This one shot end up with a predictable plot twist when the girl finnally get who she really loves.
But oh well, this one shot is really worth the time because of the fanservice. And that was really hot indeed.

It's a smut manga after all, and at least it did, at some points, fulfilled it purpose. read more

Probably the most useless one shot I've ever read.
The story, if we could call it like this, is about two cute and stupid girls who are swimming with dolphins in a beach.
No need to say that the story is nothing more than a big pretext for fanservice and you will have some ridiculous and exaggerated shot of her bodies.

At least if you're searching for nothing more than ecchi and fanservice I'd say it's definitely what you're searching for.
Indeed the girls are quite cute with some nice forms. They kinda looks like loli with boobs.
The settings are really well drawn and catch pretty well this feeling of summer. It's really warmful.
All the pages are coloured and the colours are really expressive.

It was only 5 pages but overall I wish I could forget about this manga.
I have to admit that I laughed a little because of the ridiculoussnes of this one shot.
So if you're searching for something that is so useless that it become hilarious or if you're searching for just a big pretext for fanservice, this one shot is probably for you. read more

Well, it's only 5 pages so don't except too much.
This one shoot is pretty much like a poem and there's no real story nor plot twist. The ending is predictable and it ended in the way it was supposed to ended from the beginning. So no real surprise.

Now as a poem, I would say it wasn't bad at all, the text has a fast and regular rythm, it's pretty much looks like the battment of a heart.
And it really depicts a nostalgic feeling.
The theme is quite generic though, it's the usual "waiting for the charming prince" type of story.

The art is really original and colourful.

All in all I would say, it was quite entertaining and worth the time, it's really easy to read and it's unusual to see a 5 pages manga. read more
