I promised you to tell something about our fucked up system ^^'
Well, you got primary school (4 to 12) and then secondary school, which comes in 4 types. You got the easiest type that takes 4 years (VMBO) and is mainly for people who can't study well and prefer to work with their hands, there is also (HAVO) a study which takes 5 years and is a lot harder, it's for those who want to go to college afterwards, and then you also got a 6 year study, the hardest secondary school (VWO (Which I'm doing now (In the 6th year)) Afterwards if you have done VMBO you'd end up as a plumber or something, with HAVO you can go to college and with VWO you can go to university. It's not like they'll immediately accept you if you want to go to college or uni, then the selection procedure begins. Most of the schools are community schools (founded by and financially supported by the government) but they just don't allow a lot of people to access. There are also a few private schools, which are very expensive but usually give great results, but those are even more reluctant when it comes down to accepting students.

Ohh deary, I wish I could have that luxury. I need to score great to even be considered being allowed to join any school. It's great that you experience this easy-going attitude :P You still have to do your best I assume, but it's not that killing.
