I watched some anime, many of them are shit. lol
Barakamon is good, you might like that.
I prefer the older animation style of YRYR, it seems they changed the animation studio.
RoCSC-006C1BST Jul 28, 2014 2:44 PM
Woot? Yeah, I don't care. I'm guessing it's because I uploaded a couple of Akerstache covers. I checked the page and they went as far as redirecting the page. I think I'll just stop scrobbling, I don't even have the time to sit down on my PC to listen to music lately.

BTW bro, sorry for not answering, it's just being busy in real life and laziness, mostly laziness...
RoCSC-006C1BST Apr 9, 2014 6:09 AM
Oh well, I guess I got to catch up to the manga... I don't really think it's a sales problem, pretty sure both seasons sold well. I have some of her artbooks, I love them. I like to take them out and just stare at them when I'm waiting for something such as windows updates. lol

I'm tired of the typical setting, and NNB managed to bring fresh blood into the genre. I'm a city person, so whilst I think the countryside is gorgeous at the same time I hate the insects. Regardless of how hot it's I will wear long pants, I just can't stand them insects. Anyway even so I loved everything in NNB and I'd love another season.

I do things the easy way too, which is why I never take leadership unless the other team-members are retarded. Whether it's a school project or a game. XD
I personally have nothing against the character, I only think his setting and personality is the author trying too hard to pander to his targetted audience.

I just watched the 3rd Madoka movie. I was going to watch all 3 in a row, but fuck I don't have part 2 downloaded, so fuck this shit. I found it on the usual channels...
I really liked the movie, reminds me how I only like Urobuchi in Madoka. Come@me Psycho-Pass, Fate/Zero, Gargantia fanboys.
I agree the original ending was way better, but I think it was an interesting twist and the possibility of a new season now would be perfectly plausible. I'm looking forward for it to happen.

Oh crap, it's already leaked. Meh, I'm just gonna buy the CD. I know I won't be disappointed. =D

Yeah, the problem is that it IS very long. It's all sequential.
Let me explain. First there's this OVA series.
Then you have the main TV series.
They both start off with their own beginnings, kinda ignorind the other, but the truth is the sequence of events is that the 1st OVA series happens before the anime, so preferably you should watch this OVA series; then the TV series.
After that, you have a direct sequel for the TV series, this 2nd OVA.

It also has three movies. They all happen in an unclear time in the middle of the series and they're way more serious.
The anime doesn't even have an actual ending and I think it happens in the manga but I never read it. It's incredibly long but the 1st OVA is just 7 episodes, so it's worth giving this a try. Most anime at that time were very long, with 30, 50 episodes easily. Nowadays for commercial reasons, not that it wasn't in the past, most anime have a one-season of about 12 episodes which in turn might continue with sufficient BD/DVD and/or merchandise(figures, phone straps, etc). This recent model arose due to the enormous losses they were getting. At any case, you won't find many short older anime. A lot of them are at least 26 episodes long, and for whatever reason most mecha anime are 50-episode long.
I think if you're interested in watching this sort of thing you should watch it slowly, they aren't going anywhere, I mean they're so long but were exhibited one episode per week with some weeks or months breaks, people waited for years to finish them. I'm still a One Piece fan for I'm guessing 13 years, and I wouldn't doubt it would go for 10 more years so I don't have a problem if it's never ending as long as I have fun watching it. I watch it when I'm eating, it gives ample time for me to watch a lot of crap,, even boring stuff I watch out of stubborness... Also to complain and laugh at how bad it is in anime forums, like I did with Sword Shit Online and Guilty of worst anime ever Crown. XD

Okay, took a bit too long, but I'll try to answer everything(your original comments in spoilers)...

The world needs more moeshit. =>

I read the news about the YRYR project too, I hope it's a new season. An anime of Oomure-ke is fine too.

I'm out of loop of international news lately. Too much shit going on. Disappearing aeroplanes, Russian invasions, hot Crimean officials, I have no idea what's going on.

I watch a lot of stuff. I start it and forget to finish it. XD
A lot of them I watch 90% but procrastinate to end them.
Anyway, if I were to say the highlights of anime I watched in the past few months, are:

Uchuu Kyodai, very good sci-fi, whose sci-fi is actually serious for real, though not really futuristic, it follows the methods of astronauts recruitment and space programs in real life quite closely. Except for the fact US still has a space program. lol
D-Frag, Seitokai Yakuindomo(all seasons and OVAs), Nourin, all comedy gold. They're worth a watch.
Log Horizon is great, it's related to MMORPGs, but in a surprinsingly intelligent way. So much better than that retarded plot-hole-filled plot-armoured-protected-characters piece of shit Sword Art Online was. Character development is great, good plot, comedy, there isn't shit coming out of nowhere of the author's ass to explain things. You should watch.
Kill la Kill is good but not as good as it's hyped up to be. Gin no Saji is so much better.
Oh yeah, Nobunagun is good too, it's the most overlooked anime this season.
Unrelated to anime, I watched the ending to How I Met Your Mother where in its final season the mother finally appears but I don't really like the ending. Overall it was an enjoyable series, albeit I'm too tired of people using the word literally as if it meant figuritively.
I see you "recently" finished Non Non Biyori and started Hyouka. I loved NNB, really relaxing anime. Hyouka I think it was OK, trying too hard to appear smart without being intelligent IMO. The main character annoys me too, it's as if he was made for people to think, hey I'm actually quite intelligent and it's just that I don't give the effort to show it. Yeah, sure buddy.

I liked Cynic's new album. It's what I expected from a new album of them, which is sad at the same time, I'd preferred if they tried to break new ground.

Also, I'm so buying that limited to 2000 pieces edition of Triptykon's new album if I can. I don't even like candles. Boleskine House is so good. I guess except for Cold Lake I don't have to worry about getting stuff from Tom unG.odly Warrior blindly.
RoCSC-006C1BST Mar 17, 2014 3:47 AM
Sorry mayun, I've been busy with stuff. I'll reply everything soon™.
RoCSC-006C1BST Feb 14, 2014 5:29 PM
Yeah, I saw it on the LoGH club. I can't wait for all the weaklings complaining that some parts are like documentaries. lolol
RoCSC-006C1BST Jan 7, 2014 9:55 PM
There's this Japanese prog rock band callad Naikaku. I think they're great.

Yeah, I can definitely read it faster. And damn, YRYR art style in the manga is so much better. I have some Namori artbooks, love them.

I love LoTGH and hate Gintama, go figure. I'll never understand its popularity. Actually I do, because IMO it's rather low brow humour almost and often on the same level of fart jokes. It's mostly episodic, the arcs are good but I always hate their ending. LoTGH needs like 26 episodes for most people to start thinking it's interesting, it has A LOT of build-up. I can easily say if there's such thing as an objective opinion LoTGH is the best anime ever.

I'm not very good with FPS. I played CS and only killed snipping really close XD and very few. I bought Bioshock even though it's a FPS because the story seems interesting.

Anyway, if you're interested, play League of Legends in the North American server, that's where we are. My nick is "Ain Elohim"(no quotation marks). I know, cool, celtic, cold, frosty and godly, right? I'm lvl 16 now, Skroll is lvl 30 which is the maximum level.
RoCSC-006C1BST Jan 4, 2014 10:55 PM
Well, I guess I'll try some other albums too.

I don't really know much Japanese metal personally, my sister listens to what I think consists of mainstream Japanese metal and they're all pretty meh and can be hardly be called metal most of the time. Considering mainstream metal of other countries are bands like Stratovarius and Opeth, which are clearly metal I believe it shows Japanese metal is hard rock most of the time. I could be wrong though. I'll try those bands you suggested too, thanks.

Dark humour, sounds kewl. I don't like reading short manga, I'm not much into reading manga because I find anime more satisfying so I'll almost always prefer the anime over the manga. Now I only read what I think is great, otherwise I rather watch anime.
If you're scared of TWGOK, try the anime first, the first 2 seasons and the OVAs are basically copy+paste of the manga. The 3rd season is too but for various reasons, mainly commercial and financial, they skipped a lot of the manga to go to the best arc of TWGOK. However it's the best because of all the build up made beforehand, so you miss out a lot if you only watch the anime.
So in summary, scared of TWGOK? Watch Season 1, 2, the OVAs and then go to the manga. There's a topic in the anime's forum of the 3rd season to what they skipped and with it you can know where to continue from.

Magi's anime on the other hand is stupid, there aren't many changes but the changes irate me to no end. I even put the last 2 episodes of the 1st season on hold for a year because of something truly outrageous that happens there. The anime is only good for watching my beloved scenes from the manga animated.

BTW, MorbidSkrollTrebuchetetc and me played some League of Legends together. It was fun, now I know why I never see him. He's busy with games. I have him on steam too. Do you much? Because usually I don't. If you think of playing computer games tell me, mebe we can play a match of something.
RoCSC-006C1BST Dec 8, 2013 7:58 PM
Did you mean DRM? ( ¬‿¬)

Though I think this model has aac playback, but not the mp3 walkman. I kinda wanted the mp3 walkman, but the lack of aac playback makes it a pain because I convert my files to aac to listen in my phone.

BTW, I heard those two Boris' albums. They're good but it's not something which makes me want to listen to it a lot. Probably because sludge and stone metal/rock aren't for me.
I remember once discussing somewhere, I think at MAL, about how generally Japanese "metal" isn't really metal. Then I was recommended Boris which to be frank is another example of it and I can barely call it metal. So I didn't have a good initial impression of them. If you're not at least Victim of Changes(and in this song case I'm also considering the context of time) I have trouble accepting it as metal. Well, just my opinion.

You should watch Magi, better yet, read Magi, because OMGOMGOMG so awusum. It must be the most politically, socially and economically sound shounen ever.
RoCSC-006C1BST Nov 27, 2013 5:47 AM
Bro, what's DMR?

Anyway, if you need mp3s, you could download foobar2000 or dbpoweramp(this one in piratebay) to convert them from aac to mp3. It doesn't take long, depending on your CPU power. What used most of my time was uploading the files that I sent you. You will also need the NeroAAC codec.

Hi,
RoCSC-006C1BST Nov 10, 2013 7:34 PM
Self plagiarism is so sad.

BTW, sorry for taking so long to answer anything. Mostly laziness.
RoCSC-006C1BST Sep 7, 2013 12:53 AM
Oh YEAH BAYBUH, guess who is a TRVE top listener(it's an image, many bbcodes were deactivated due to safety problems on MAL):
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-FtvUmh6Bymc/UirUaL4qr-I/AAAAAAAAAm0/9-MQmJMGh-w/w0/Ved+Buens+Ende+-+Last.fm+01.jpg

At least I know that there isn't anybody playing VBE non-stop on their computer to be a top listener like it happens in most last.fm band pages.

I heard Gatchman Crowds is good but not as much as the original. I haven't watched any of them but I'll put it on my to watch "list".

I don't think Raildex is actually good, I watch it mostly for MISAKA MISAKA. lol

I love Vash and moralfags character though. I still don't like Touma, I hated him from the first episode. I specially dislike how easy is to kill him but thanks to his plot-armour he always escape unscathed. Just look at ToumaXAccelerator, Accelerator receives a few punches and ends up needing assistance from the Misaka network to use his powers. Touma was supposedly almost dead and he just recovers without any significant after-effects. Plot-armour, definitely makes Touma the only level-9.

I think the author of Raildex made a story too complex for himself so now he's completely lost. He needed someone actually smart to check all his writing. It truly feels like wasted potential because the story can be really good, as you said when they focus more on the side-characters.

IMO Anno is overrated, the only truly good anime from him is Top wo Nerae/Aim for the Top!/Gunbuster.
TTGL too, all the good aspects of it were ripped-off Xabungle, Getter Robo and I don't know how many others, such borderline plagiarism.
Anyway, my little rant aside, I don't like drama and to me it doesn't seem to character development, more like a cheap attempt at making it "deeper" and ending up as a bore in the process.
Though had it been consistent I might have liked it but I can't know now. C^3 gives too much emphasis on the girls, seriously I can't believe they can easily defeat adults.

Yeah, BTW my favourite Gundam series are 0080>Zeta>Turn A>all the rest.
Unfortunately for you, you probably won't get it even when you watch it. After all Zeta is a sequel to 0079(the first series) and those guys were enemies before but the guy who was laughed at end up rather pathetic in the sequel and then he starts redeeming himself.
I wouldn't recommend 0079, it has some good parts and it is the first series, however most of it is tedious and dragged out. Only watch it if you really like Gundam, or maybe try the movies which are a summary of the series. Beware that with older anime you might find some truly wrong misconceptions, improper things, etc.
Like how in the first series the enemies are all evil and they're most of the time darker skinned than the "good" guys. XD
RoCSC-006C1BST Sep 2, 2013 12:40 PM
Well, I'd prefer few good albums and then mostly crap(hello Metallica!) instead of only one great albums but I do agree it's better than nothing.

I loved the softer parts of VBE so I'll definitely like Virus too. Sorry bro, I won't listen to the song, I want to listen to their entire albums later. (´=ω=`)

I concur, it felt so unnatural when they changed it from a cute fraternal to harem 101. It was only worth for the extra Saori, Ayase and KuroShiroYamineko we got.

Yeah, I hope it doesn't ruin your nostalgic childhood memories of Sakura. hahaha

I see you're watching C³-bu and Railgun S. C³-bu suddenly got so boring, ironically ever since Sonora started complaining Yura should try to be less serious and have more fun.
Railgun is kinda nice, not particularly outstanding. Man, am I the only one who thinks Touma is a disaster? I just can't stand that guy.

IMO Gundam Wing is like the worse Gundam. lol
The Gundam universe is huge and albeit people frequently suggest watching it in chronological order, I think if you really have time and patience you should watch in order of exhibition but that's probably not recommendable for you.
You're better off watching whichever Gundam has the most interesting premise. Personally I suggest 0080, Zeta and 8th MS Team as very good starting points.
I know srsfags dismiss 0080 by stating it's "childish" however I think it has a great perspective on war, the child/civil one. It's also the most realistic(I'm a realistic robot sci-fi fan) not that Gundam is incredibly realistic, more than most I guess. Gundam is definitely more realistic than Star Trek and Star Wars, much to the chagrin of Western mainstream sci-fi fans.

About the Gundam universe, the first, main and the one with the greatest number of series storyline, is the Universal Century (abbreviated as UC) timeline.
That's the one that started all, by the original creators. Anything else, with the except of Turn A(storyline Correct Century-CC), such as Gundam Seed(Cosmic Era), Gundam Wing(After Colony), etc.
0080, 0083, 8th MS Team, Unicorn, even though they're UC they weren't made by the creators, but Tomino(the main creator) approved 0080.
There are obviously discrepant opinions whether the alternative series are good or whatever, but I'll let you decide that if you ever get to watch them.
I think that's the gist of it. If you want something more modern to start I think the best one would be Gundam Seed. Yes, it's so fucking complicated. lol
RoCSC-006C1BST Aug 29, 2013 10:44 AM
OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG Ved Buens Ende is so gewd and awusum.
It's so not gr1m and fröst1, great for a posevr liek me.

Too bad they only have one single album and an EP.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
