Yes, better just do it when you feel like but at the same time it's a problem if you have long periods without the will to watch anything :S Don't worry for the IRL part a lot of us are in the same situation, me as well, but better just wait and see how things go I guess...

As far as you enjoy what you do there's no point forcing you into watching anime, that's what I struggle to do because I feel like after so many time having this habit I need to continue at least for a bit even when I don't really feel like it xD Why do you feel like that regarding the future though?

And the more you watch the more you just feel like you've already experienced so much that nothing feels truly new and you can easily lose interest compared to before, not to mention (at least in my case) I just gained so many other interests than in the end I don't want to prioritize anime since I've already watched so much

Back then I used to watch A LOT of them indeed, especially the seasonals they're probably half of what I watched since I've been following most of them since 2018 even though I watch less now. But you're right, a lot of them are simply waste of time and it's not worth it continuing, I don't know why I had that "no drop policy" because it's kinda stupid actually xD
