My time management techniques involve very regimented schedules that even takes into account my working, eating and sleeping schedule (5 hours on M-Th), lol.

I'm definitely behind on my video games. In fact the latest video games I'm into are the Persona games that were released years ago. The Persona 4 anime got me interested and I ended up buying Persona 3 and 4 back in January. I'm on my 2nd play through of Persona 3 and have yet to touch part 4 but plan to within the next month or two. I'm just glad my PS3 is backwards compatible.

For some reason, this latest season is packed with a ton of manga/Light Novel adaptations I have read or currently reading. I don't know if that's good luck or the product of me reading so many series but I'm loving every minute of it.

Enjoy your day off and as weird as it is coming from me, get some sunlight in-between your anime marathons.

Even this season, I couldn't manage to tone it down, although at this point I don't really care. I've found a few creative ways to manage my time, although it's not any easier since I got into a few new video games lately. I'm seriously thinking of taking a week off soon from work, since I've almost maxxed out my vacation days and need to start taking them soon xD

Hope your enjoying this latest season. There are quite a few interesting adaptations out this time around.

I wouldn't say what I'm doing is worth any respect. It's nothing more than mere compulsion on my part. I'm pretty sure the last time I went more than 24 hours without watching an anime episode was back in 2007 when I was hospitalized for 5 days.

Keeping up with anime and manga releases is nearly impossible for me because I keep piling on titles even though my plate is already full. For example, I added Last Exile and Tiger & Bunny last month even though I had an ungodly amount of anime titles I'm woefully behind on (i.e. Beelzebub)

I rarely slack off though. M-Th, I watch between 3-4 titles per night after coming home from work and read an assortment of manga. on the Weekend (Friday-Sunday), I watch anywhere between 5-15 episodes per day.

For example, yesterday I ended up watching 11 different anime episodes, and read 10 different manga series (14 chapters in all). Then there's the Visual Novels I'm falling behind on (started playing through Katawa Shoujo VN over the weekend)

I don't want to even think about the video games, I have yet to scratch the surface on xDD

lol, I wouldn't be surprised if I did in fact need a new Hard Drive by the end of the year, especially since I tend to add 20+ new series every season.

Just ended up buying an external 1 TB hard drive yesterday because they ran out of 500GB ones, so I ended up using up one of my Visa Gift Cards I got from Christmas xD

I'm a bit wary, but it is a plug and play Hard drive, so I'm hoping it works fine like my other external Hard drives.

Oh, and I wish you a Happy New Years. I wish for nothing but good things for you this upcoming year.

Oh Okay lol

Well thank you very much :D I miss talking to you and your niceness :)

Good good. Big things you say? Do tell. No law school i changed my major to Computer Science which i did a bit too late so i had to take weekend classes, classes during the December-January break and this Summer so i would still graduate with my degree by May of next year. I didn't mind all of that so much because i really like my major now.

I learned the hard away that bigger isn't always better seeing that I had an external 1TB hard drive die on me that was almost at full capacity. I thought to myself "never again"

So, now I stick with smaller, more efficient external HDs where I can stand to lose a certain amount of Data/media if the unthinkable ever happens again.

lol, I didn't plan on my laptop being my last resort but since I decided to buy a new one back in May, I decided to spring for a laptop with a ton of storage space and processing power. I'm really hesitant on buying any extra storage device over 1TB for fear of it crashing. I'm fine with 500--750GB external and 1-TB internal HD.

I'll probably end up buying another 500GB or 750GB external xDD
cjkira99 Jun 26, 2011 6:29 AM
lol, yeah, yesterday I had to make some space on one of my 500GB external Hard drive when moving a couple of new series on it. I have two 500GB external HDs and my PC and new Laptop each of 1TB of space, but my PC's HD is almost full so now I'm scrambling to clear up some space there as well.

I hate to use oxymorons but it was a painfully easy choice. I can't keep up my habits without steady employment, lol.

Social life. I can pretty much handle work and anything that comes it's way but when I get home I just want to relax and lack any motivation to do anything else.
cjkira99 Jun 18, 2011 9:57 AM
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fit sleep into my schedule. I had a full course of classes, and two part time jobs (Teaching Assistant and Intern at a Health Department) and used the remainder of my time to study, and filled the time I would have been sleeping with Anime and Manga.

It was really hectic back then and now that I'm just working full time, I partake in manga/anime as much as I want sometime to my own detriment.

It’s time to ditch the text file.
