Yo, I don't accept random friend requests, if you want my friendship, you must earn it! :D
About my list:
Rewatches: I will add these if I've rewatched a good portion of :) at least 75%.
ALL anime on my list was watched in Japanese dubbing (with subs). No entries on my list were watched with Inglish dub. I'm quite proud of my Japanese as well, I studied for 4 years in highschool and my success there wouldn't have been possible without the aid of anime ^_^
I don't care if you prefer dubs over subs, but so long as you have the ability to tolerate and enjoy subs (for which there may be no dubs for, for example), that's cool with me :). Otherwise, go develope it, you're missing a lot!
A score for an anime is rarely final - I tend to change some scores every now and then ^_^
This is how I rate my anime:
1-2: Unused. Too cruel and unfair in just about any situation.
3: Biased hatred. When rating an anime seriously, it never gets under a 4. 3 I biasly give to anime I hated watching with a passion.
4: Hated watching this show
5: Really disliked watching this show
6: Disliked watching this show
7: I didn't really like or connect with this show, but didn't dislike either. However, it's not a good score to get!
8: This show was alright.
9: I liked this anime quite a bit.
10: I liked anime A LOT/Loved it!
Summary: You can think of it as a scale from -3 to +3, with 0 being the middle. 0 translates to 7 as my MAL score.
Dropped anime: "Not appealing" vs "Lost Interest"
I think it's a bit odd to watch 1-2 episodes, drop, and then score an anime with a lowly score. Unless it's a sequel to something I've seen or I've watched most of it before I dropped it, I won't put a score for it. For these occasions, I use a tag called "not appealing": for series I attempted to start but quickly realised I probably wasn't going to enjoy it.
Other times, either I've been dragging my feet with an particular show for a long time or I just have huge anti-motivation to watch it for some reason, but I really don't want to go on, I will give it a score that reflects my enjoyment of it up until that point, which probably is partially the reason I'm dropping it. This I mark with "lost interest" tag. (I do normally try my best to see an anime I've already spent a chunge of time on through until the end, even if I don't really like it)

LOL: Has to be really funny. Yep.
Romance: Given to animes with a very strong presence of romance between characters. Usuaully also cute/fluffy too :P
violent: (replaced dark) Given to anime with very over the topic violence. Could be something as tiny as one or two very graphic or gory scenes or as subtly large as the destruction of a civilization.
Almost always has a negative bearing on my opinion of the show.
I swapped from "dark" because I had been using dark as such, but I noticed it wasn't really the same.
ecchi: Given to anime with overly perverted situations/characters/scenes. It could be good, like the case where it contributes a great deal of comedic values. Ecchi
can have a negative bearing on my opinion of the show.
:'(: Given to anime that made my eyes tear up or full fledged bawing, from either tradegy or me just being so moved, more than once, and not with long breaks between. The tears I might shed every 50-100 Naruto episodes doesn't count ;)
lost interest & not appealing: Discussed above.
ALL CAPS: An all caps tag "extreme case of." For example, ECCHI means something that's pretty much borderline hentai. LOL is already an extreme case of funny :D!
