I am 25 and living in WA. I am currently going to college; I am thinking about being a preschool teacher. I have many hobbies: Watching movies/anime, reading manga and other books, hanging with friends, drawing, playing my WII lol, and shopping. I am a caffiene junkie XD.

I have seen it before, I just want to discuss what you really felt about the show since I felt that review lacked a lot of info of your individual opinion. I learned that you were sad, but at what?
What I meant by the ending is that a lot of people feel that the ending feels like a cheap plot device with all the deaths being erased and everything fine and happy. Do you think it was well fit and why?

Just read your Clannad review. Why do you think it's sad? What is it about? How does it involve real human emotion? What did you think about the controversial ending?

Thanks for the recommendations. I've just finished reading Paradise Kiss and it was really good but didn't take care of that unfulfilled craving that Nana left me with. I'll have to watch the anime sometime. I've already seen Fruits Basket but I'll look into the others, especially Boys over Flowers. You made that one sound really good.

Hi, I just read your Nana review. I recently finished reading the Manga (at least what's released so far) and it was amazing. Unfortunately Ai Yazawa hasn't worked on it in 2½ years so I'm skeptical that it will ever be finished :( Hopefully I'm wrong and we'll someday get to find out exactly how all the characters we fell in love with end up in the future. In the mean time I'm going to deny myself the pleasure of watching the anime until the manga is finished or it becomes clear that it won't be.
That aside, got any good recommendations?

hahaha that's plenty of recommendations alright..arrigatou ;). but yeah any anime that reminds me of death note i have to watch!!so i'll put Gankutuou on my "plan to watch" list. Heat guy J..i watched one ep...and i was blown away..i really liked it. but then i got distracted by another anime..(yups sometimes i can be a little bit slutty i guess :P) and i'll watch FMA brotherhood for Hughes Maes alone...so no worries there :P...unless.....he's still in brotherhood...right?.....right????.
And yeah i know Bacanno and Durarara have the same artist..thing is. i almost never watch the OP. but with but series i watched them ALL the time. Pfieuww what else to discuss..ehmmm Full metal panic. but darker? hmmmm..need to try that.i loved the last ep of the first season...with the whole cloth eathing virus. (And no not because it got a little ecchi)
I have tried one ep of helsing but it really didn't catch me as much then..but i guess i'll have a try again....since you'll be sending me some food from your culinary art program :D...remember.if that Iceland vulcano starts again...the food was not meant to be in my stomach ;)
