I know right . There are some anime where they make a drama plus romance genres perfectly and make us cry . There are also some that tends to make a drama genre but fail at it because how they were forcing us to 'cry' without any sort of reason at all -_-

Hey there . There are many Romance + Drama genre anime . If you want an anime where there is about 20+ episodes , Clannad series would be the best . If you want a less episodes like 12 or so , Ef A Tale series .
I can only recommend these one because you already put an anime where Romance and genre exist on your list such as True Tears .
There is another one called Kimi ga Nozomu Eien . The drama on this one can or can't make you cry . I did cry . I guess it depends on the person who's watching it i guess .
