I'm always adding on things because I can't remember all the stuff I've seen or read throughout the years. See List for Current favorites. My tastes, they're always changing.
Update: Wow...I've been on this for over a month now and I've accumlated 12 friends. Of course, most are folks from the Animenation boards but still...yay.
As I said, my favorites are always changing:
Favorite anime at the moment: It's still Bleach, but I'm also hooked on Samurai 7. I tend to like all types but I seem to be drawn mostly to horror/supernatural/shonen type anime. At least until Code Geass starts coming on later this month. Something tells me that I'll have lots of soap opera to look forward too and CLAMP= Win.
Of course, I like a good shojo, girly series too as evidenced by having Honey and Clover and NANA in there. Can't wait until both series are finally legal.
My other favorite type of anime/manga: I also love stuff that makes me laugh, like Shin-chan and Azumanga Daioh.
Favorite types of characters: Either hilariously spacey but yet genius girls like Osaka (AD) or Orihime (SS arc) or kick ass girls like Yoriuchi (Bleach). Of course, I also have my male favorites as you can see on my list. L is a genius pretty much, but I have a huge soft spot and crush on Ishida.
I think it's the combination of the voice and the black hair/blue eyes combo. Noriyaki Sugiyama's work that is..not the English, though Steve Prince is growing on me too.
However, Ishida's not the only Bleach character I crush on. I have a soft spot for Renji and Ichigo as well. And Urahara as well.
Manga: I actually haven't read anything in awhile but mostly right now, my favorites are Welcome to the NHK, Honey and Clover(A MUST READ) and Vampire Knight, which is so unabashedly shojo and girly girl with pink sparkles that I can't wait to see it in anime form.
My all time favorite artists are CLAMP for their ability to jump from magical girl (Card Captor Sakura) to dark (X) to shonen (Chobits). Only series that I couldn't get into of theirs was Tsubasa.
I also like Yu Watase for her ability to draw the prettiest characters.
Anyway...some other facts:
I have brown hair and brown eyes
I'm also a huge biblophile...my bookshelves have everything from computer books to novels to manga to artbooks. Currently I'm reading 'Twilight' which is what I hear the kids are reading nowadays.
I like chocolate
I really want to get into J-Dramas but do'nt know where I can stream them. My computer is old; it can barely download Limewire mp3s so don't suggest downloading plz. Thanx.
I like to talk a lot.
Coffee is a godsend.
I'd like to travel one day.

Yeah, I'm addicted to Geass, myself. It's not just crack, it's an extra large crack-topping extra cheese Pizza Hut pizza. With the extra cheese also being made of crack, and with the crust stuffed with crack.
In fact, if FURUBA4EVER's high school RPG I based mine on had started this year, it would've been focused on Code Geass instead of Bleach. It's that addictive!

I see. Well, what I mostly do there is just ask whatever question I can think of on whatever user's thread I'm lurking at the time. Sometimes the questions relate to the user(s) in question, other times they're completely random. It's quite interesting, really.

Sadly, Arrancar!Emiko and female!Arrancar!Timaeus aren't all that prevalent in the movie. But it's still worth seeing, even if only for Shotablob going berserk.

CAKE-TAN! Kubo's been reading our RPG!
This is from the Diamond Dust Rebellion movie; you know, the one made to pander to the Captain Shotablob fans. It's not quite the same design for these two (and in the redhead's case, gender) we had in mind, but the concept is still striking enough. Clearly they're the Arrancar versions of Emiko and Timaeus!

Oh, so you don't read the scans for xxxHolic? I'm all caught up with it now (reading scans 'cuz I can't buy as much manga anymore). I wonder how it's going to end since it's in it last story arc now . . .
Good luck w/ your order. I hate it when stuff gets backordered for a long time or when a manga's release date gets pushed back (that's happened to me twice lately).

Oh, I see. I'm also collecting the big editions of Rurouni Kenshin. I currently have the first 2 and plan to get the 3rd one whenever I'm done reading the 2nd (I have too much unread manga still sitting on my shelf).
Did you receive Yozakura Quartet yet? How is that manga (if you've read it already)?
