Mashiro-iro Symphony is a 12 episode series based from an Eroge Adaption, as I haven't played any Eroge in my life. I came to watching the series with no knowledge on how the anime would have been played out.
Story: 5
Pretty basic Harem story, the Main Character Shingo at first is not liked by the girls in the story apart from his Sister and through his kind ways wins them over one by one.
Art: 7
The lighting and the visual colouring of the characters and the environments is much better than quite alot of anime's especially when it comes to little details such as slight blushes and changes in the characters expressions. The Colour's used are bright and smooth so they do manage to attract your attention.
Sound: 6
The Sound fits in well with the anime, but pretty standard music overall.
Characters: 6
The typical Harem characters are involved in this anime. The main character (Shingo) who wins over everyone through his actions, The Tsundere with Sana Airi, The Maid Angelina Nanatsu Sewell though why a Maid was needed I still have no clue.
You have Shingo’s younger sister Shingo Sakuno who in my view was the best character there who supports her brother yet doesn't get too involved and stops any conflict from occurring.
Then you have Sena Airi who in my mind isn't that much of a Tsundere but at the start she definitely shows it.
Then you have a Senpai Amaha Miu who is the wise person out of the cast.
Enjoyment: 5
I've found this show to be alright to watch, but it doesn't catch my attention for me to want to hope for a second season, because it just hasn't left an impression on me to want to watch it again.
Overall: 6
A pretty standard Harem series has the typical characters and the sub-standard plot. It could have improved by not having the cliché’s in a harem anime series, but it's worked for alot of them so why change the formula :/. This show can be watched without leaving you feeling like you have wasted your time but it will not leave a lasting impression.
This show stands out from most harem's as the MC is actually decisive and picks one of the select girls instead of having the typical harem end. That's why I think this show is worthy of a 6 just because it has a definite end to the harem

After watching the two anime series of School Rumble in which it has been a joy to watch all 52 episodes, I was more than delighted to see that there was a third series, but then I realised it was a OVA. I was hoping that it would tie up all the loose ends that occurred in Season Two and explain in detail the future of Harima and Eri like in the Manga as well all the other main characters.
I was so disappointed when I saw that Season 3 was just two OVA episodes and in my view they just seemed put together just to make School Rumble last longer even though it's hugely popular. I was waiting to see how the Harima, Tenma, Karasuma and Eri concluded but the pacing through the two OVA's is so offbalanced that it doesn't give you time to think what just happened??
I know its supposed to be a comedy show but the 2nd OVA is just plain depressing, everyone has become either quiet, distant or just not seen or sad.
The ending to sum it up was absolutely awful, if anything just think of the end of Season two of School rumble as the end because this ending will make you think why did i just watch 52 episodes for a anime to conclude like this OVA did.
Art:7
Typical School Rumble style, If you like it in the previous seasons then nothing will change
Sound:6
so-so it's alright but for the mood of the OVA was a bit mediocre.
Character:5
I did not like one bit of Karasuma being the main character who changes drastically, and yet Tenma is still by his side through all the robot emotions and blandness, Harima has become more dark and distant.
Enjoyment:1 or 2
This OVA just sucked out everything which made me want to watch School rumble in the first place. There's no comedy, no outrageous moments just drama and depression. I wish this OVA wasn't created so that people can just read the Manga and find out how it should be properly done.
Overall: I think that this OVA is a 4 or a 5 as the Art and Sound are standard but the characters, plot and enjoyment was either mediocre or just plain poor.
If you watched any of School Rumble before this, then I recommend that you Avoid this as it will make you feel like all the time spent on watching School rumble to find a conclusive end, It will only make you think of the anime becoming worse than it actually is. read more

Well seeing as this show has mostly highly rated reviews, I just don't understand how people can watch this, the pure crappiness of this 12 episode show made me watch the all thing in order to give my view on this *sigh* useless anime.
The Main male Character for a start, the most bland character ive had the enjoyment to watch, there's is nothing that makes him stand out, interesting or heck just normal. Yet he is so stupid to misjudge the main girl's hornyiness for actual love, how stupid do you have to be to see a girl flashing at you is a sign of love :L.
The Main Girl Character Yamada, is a character which basically sums up everything that makes up a popular girl. Only caring about her looks, vain and wants to use that so just so she can literally (fuck guys over) as you would know from the synopsis of this anime.
The supporting characters role in this show is so small, that if they were not there the show would probably still be as bad -.-.
I thought as this is a comedy show, there would be some good jokes to divert the viewers from the rubbish main characters and man was I wrong. The jokes have no build up, there's no reaction in the show from them and to be fair they wouldn't be as they are so damn bland, it makes you fall asleep.
This show tries to be different by setting it up in the girl's view, although this may sound good, it's executed appallingly, it gave me nothing that made the show good or even at times watchable.
The Story... simply put there is none at all
Art: Nothing that would catch your eye, but its just there to accommodate the show.
Music: What music? Apart from the okay OP and ED songs which give you a false indication of what the show is like, there is nothing that makes you go this goes well with the show.
To sum up what I think about this show: Avoid it... just don't watch it, otherwise you'll be watching a show that is straight up annoying and stupid.
Comedy shows are my comfort zone, but this has no comedy just a MC who's completely thick and a girl MC who is so vain and who no girl should ever aspire to be ever, if you do then i truly don't know what to say -.-.
This show has three things that sum it up:
Stupid
Bland
Dull
If you enjoy those things, then this is the anime for you
