Both are about seriously messed up magical girls with a hidden agenda. Kazumi Magica is a bit light-hearted as Mahou Shoujo of the Dead is extremely gruesome and guro. The two are both cruel and startling, but Kazumi has a much deeper plot. Both also have really cute art.

Both are set in a small village seemingly far away from the world, and have creepy undertones and occasional gory deaths. Many of the village's terrifying secrets are kept from the main characters (a group of children) in both.

For both series the animation style is incredibly moe and big-eyed for the genres that they are as well.

...then you might like Shiba Inuko-san add

Both anime shorts about cute animals that can talk.
Shiba Inuko-san can talk directly to people, however Chi's voice is only heard by the audience and other animals on the show.

Both are anime shorts only about 3 minutes long~
Though one may be about the lives of Highschool girls and the the other the life of a kitten, both detail short fun Slice-of-Life adventures that leave you feeling cheery afterwards~

Both have a really uncomfortable atmosphere and are set in a spooky setting.
Both characters are also males who have no idea what creepy stuff is going on around them, and no one seems to want to tell them. The center of both anime is a deceased female who may or may not still be alive~
These are also both in the Horror genre.

Both anime feature a Yandere female lead who is completely insane.
The cute main is also accompanied by a normal highschool boy who really doesn't know what's going on in both.
