This anime messed up my mind. You'd assume one thing, but something else happens. Don't let the plot summary fool you. The story is far to deep to be described. It was one of the best.

I read the plot before I watched. It didn't seem too interesting, but out of all the reviews that were made on this anime, barely any were negative. Was it really that good? I had to find out for myself. After a few episodes, I was hooked. You know an anime is good when you are able to sit through two episodes of two people just arguing back and forth. ...

Claymore (Manga) add
A fantastic journey through the series. I'd say the story has two parts to it: Part 1, is back story, character introductions, and trying to move towards the second part. Part 2, is where the story blooms from the backstory, and Clare is on the path of revenge.

I read an instalment of this manga in an issue of Shounen Jump, and found the art to be quite unique. That's how I got into the series. However, I felt the overall quality of this to be poor. The brother, and the sister, seem to be stuck in one of those cliche worlds where they always end up winning every battle, and then winner goes off explaining everything for the viewers' sake.

There was also quite a lot of fan service, which I don't want to point out because there's no need. ...

Blood+ (Anime) add
I thought this anime was going to be about mass murder and a dark girl who can't stop killing. Well, that's the impression the trailer I found on YouTube gave me, at least. That was my first impression.

My second impression was the fact that the series would drag on and on and on (because FIFTY EPISODES??? HOLY). Both my impressions have been proven wrong.

The pacing is nice, and (some) of the characters have made me very emotional at times. The art is nice, although I felt the main to be lacking power at times. The relationships formed, be it friend, romantic, or family bonds, have ...
